DIY gate opener part 2

This is the second version of this I've made. When sizing the pole it'll have to be a trial and error thing. The pole on the first one I made was almost 9' long. As I say in the video, it would open slowly at first then speed up at the end. When closing, it whipped the fence almost violently at first then slowed towards the end when fully closed. The shorter pole is smooth and consistent both directions.
