Now with the Growth plan your prices are really good so what is still missing is some more branding customization options. Some thank you cards created on demand would be so good and would improve the interaction with our customers. I hope we can see something like this soon. I wish you all the best!
One of the reasons why I am not working with Printful is because it has no better options for private labels like woven labels, etc. Print labels look pretty cheap.
what Printful doesn't tell you is that they tear out the neck lable to place in your own brand but don't tear out the same lable that's inside on the side.. so who looks stupid when the customer receives a "branded" item of clothing? Printful's quality control is shockingly bad!!
That shouldn't be the case. The manufacturer’s tag is removed once the Inside label is selected. A discrepancy like this would occur due to human error because products are placed by hand for printing and embroidery. We always do product checks to catch any issues before the item is shipped out. Still, sometimes something slips through. If it does, we'll take full responsibility and fix the issue as soon as we can. 🙂
I was really hoping that this video was going to be an announcement that Printful was going to start offering to print branded packages for us. Printful, I know you've been on top for a while but, POD is growing and other companies are working hard to come out on top. It would be a really good idea to look at what your competitors are doing. Lots of POD companies in China have branded packaging options that they fulfill (even the one that you partner with in China). Also your biggest competor that is headquartered right there in Latvia with you is offering branded packaging inserts for free and once it's fully live it will only cost us pennies. I'm not trying to be rude, I really like Printful but you guys are behind on a lot of stuff.

For now, this can't be done in-house due to technical limitations. But we're looking into offering more customization options in the future! 🙂

I’ve heard printful still keeps the the brand tag on even when you select your custom inside label tag. Terrible really discredit an individual brand.
