18: MY BULLYING STORY

In today’s video I talk about how I was bullied from the age of around 10-16 years old for my race and being a JW.

I hope you continue to heal. I've been bullied my entire life. I've been bullied as a child, teen, and adult. Sadly most of the physical, and emotional abuse came mostly from women, outside of my family. In daycare I was physically abused by women. In elementary and junior high school I was abused by boys and girls. The boys beating me up. In junior high school boys and girls physically abused me. The girls slapping me across my face while I was pinned by my arms. I was emotionally abused by females in high school. Made fun of because I was a geek and nerd. The abuse got worse from women entering my adult years. I was abused by both my ex's, both women. To the point my first love, wanted me to kill myself, and kept telling me on several occasions to stab myself with a kitchen knife. Both were manipulative. Over the years I've encountered abusive people, but sadly mostly from women, and in several cases, racist women. I didn't find real friends until years later. Gordana Biernat, who was discovered by Oprah Winfrey, my first ever friend. My best friend Anna, of six years, along with my best friends Bridget, Teresa, Sarah, and Tia helped me heal, along with my family. Those six women took the time to get to know me. Anna was already engaged with her fiance when she first met. It didn't stop her from asking for my number, engaging in art with me, and we've been best friends for six years. Bridget for six years now. Teresa for three years. Teresa lives in London. We talked everyday, and video chat twice a month. My best friend Sarah we talk almost everyday, and video chat once or twice month. Anna has helped me and my family many times, and we did a toddler day for my nephew. She stayed on the phone on me when I was rushed to the hospital after breaking my foot back in 2018, and she stayed on phone with me when I was assaulted last year. My best friends support me spiritually, encourage me to engage in my art exercises, took the time to get to know me, soft-spoken, never put me in circles, never late for hangouts, we've never missed a hangout.

Hello Charley,
I hope you’re having a great day. I can just imagine what you’ve been through in school.
Now that you’re no longer affiliated with that organization. Are you able to understand the reasons why so many people dislike the JW denomination?
Just by growing up without friends must be painful and you have a double whammy. Being black and being a JW.❤❤
