absolute perfection, the fast and aggressive Drk i always wanted since HW, and the screen shake / hitstop + sounds give it a nice arcade / fighting game feel, eff-eff-ecks-eye-vee's vanilla combat is lacking af in the badass impactful combat part. I hoped there'd be a giant Sole Survivor glyph + dark halo persistent effect like Papachin's Drk for Delirium, but I'll keep parts of both i guess -shrug- Tho I'm glad you put in the old Darkside aura for this Will keep the old images tho cuz muscle memory's used to them :/ Would like for a red version of the default FF ones, but w/e Holy fuck that burst tho -chefs kiss- Excellent presentation, take my money After paying and trying it, sound effects and animations are fantastic. from my quick testing, now that penumbra works with animation mods again, only shadowbringers isnt working anymore... that and the new skills obviously... of those i guess the new delirium combo already looks good enough with this mod being red and black already, shadowstride could really use a revamp thought...
Absolutely love this mod, have been using it ingame for a bit now. Flashy enough to make using all of my abilities feel super cool, and not busy enough to impede my ability to see attacks coming my way. Do you have any plans to update this after the release of dawntrail?
If I wasn't afraid of getting my account banned, I'd be tempted to try this. The design behind some of these abilities feels more heavy and powerful than most of what we've gotten in the passed few years. lol

If only DRK was like this. The idle animation and walking with the sword out in the game just look so goofy. If any class needed a rework in Dawntrail, I think it should have been DRK instead of DRG.
Btw i think you misunderstand what the rework will do. It's not gonna change the anims...at all. Most likely we'll just get a simplified version of what it is now with some moves removed or completely altered. Maybe we'll get 1 or 2 new moves tho...

I was just mentioning it since the only the standout thing about DRK mainly is TBN (which needs a shield break for free edge of shadow and in dungeons if a WHM is just stunning the ADS then the shield isn’t gonna break usually). Living Dead still isn’t really good either and risky. And I think they do change animations sometimes (small ones), DRK’s salted earth ability animation was changed when you didn’t have to place it anymore and instead was just where the player is standing at. But yeah you right, DRK would be like this if I just got this mod haha.
Curious but aside from using mods at my own risk of getting banned, would using this mod that changes animations be considered unfair or cheating if I were to do ex's, savage etc? Maybe cause even if it's the same cooldown some animations look more agile.
prob the Shadowcleaver pvp armor set for being in the top 100 ranked ish for The Feast 4v4 mode, sadly discontinued (until Yoshi brings it back reskinned, copium) :(

@@DEEKPro as a glamourer user it 100% does do this, it didnt used to but like 6 months ago it go a massive overall and is now incredibly useful i highly recommend checking it out, u can even make "Glam Plates" with it and tie them to specific classes or give them a specific ruleset like it auto applies a certain glamour under a certain condition like being underwater or in a certain biome
@@DEEKPro Nobody uses textools anymore buddy. And yes Glamourer DOES save stuff through loading screens, been using it for a real long time now just fine. EDIT: The only people that actually use textools are modders and people that don't know that Penumbra exists.
I really like some of the vfx on this mod, but I really dislike the wolf element. I wish there is a mod that makes DRK feel better while keeping the identity of the job to vanilla.

After paying and trying it, sound effects and animations are fantastic. Only 2 main criticisms is:
