May I recommend your viewers to read the book, and also "Flames in the Sky" by the same author. Yes, there are little niggles about the production: Oliver Braun picked up one about truck markings which I would never have known and more obvious is the change of paint-jobs during the flight (Invasion stripes come and go!) but they don't spoil the enjoyment, nor do they detract from the courage and skill of Pierre Clostermann.

You might like to read the book "The Big Show" and perhaps his book "Flames in the Sky" - or perhaps you already have. And if this sort of thing appeals to you, try reading some of Antoinne de St Exupery's books.
