Just read t g e book somehow never got around to it even though I had been interested in doing so for years . A great read. Your movie does it justice, well done
Erwin Rommel's car was attacked but he wasn't killed,he was wounded,he later died but not from his wounds,he was believed to be part of the plot to kill Hitler,so he was given the option of suicide or his family would be sent to a concentration camp. The nazis then gave him a fully honourable funeral and said he died of wounds when his car was attacked.

Yes, that part of the video is obviously incorrect re: the death of Rommel. Additionally, it is now believed that Charley Fox of 412 Squadron RCAF was the pilot responsible for shooting up Rommel's staff car on July 17, 1944. Does the book say that the attack killed Rommel? Because he survived the attack and then he committed suicide shortly after
Yes Rommel did die by suicide soon after. However, the book says he died by the strafing after hovering between life and death for several weeks.
@@airwarchronicles I would assume thats what the allies had assumed at the time. Probably wasn't common knowledge that he had killed himself.

Great camera work! But unfortunately the game isn't have optimisation here and we can see stuttering planes.
Thanks! The stuttering is caused by imperfect tracking not optimisation however.
