The best fighting game on the Super Nintendo. Period. Refined from that Power Rangers fighter which was pretty good actually. Sadly it was Japan only. I might say the best 16-bit fighting game ever during the time period. Flashy, quick, easy to pull off combos, excellent sprites and a kickass soundtrack. I’d say it puts even the 32-bit fighters at the time and even Super Street Fighter II on the system to shame! That’s how special it is. Wish for a Tengo Project remaster of it. How cool would that be.
I played this game on an emulator a friend gave me a link to in a tech class. It cemented my love for the franchise after that.
This shows what the super nintendo is capable of when in the right hands

Deathscythe is my main btw.
What Soldier Blade was to shmups what Final Fantasy VI was to RPGs and what this game was to fighting games during that generation.
You mean Super Famicom.
飛び道具を一切搭載していないエピオンがなんか謎のエネルギー弾で射撃攻撃しててワロタ。
I need to add this to my SNES mini. My kids love Gundam Wing, but video games for Gundam seem pretty hit or miss.
