You’re too kind brother! Thank you for just being a big encouragement to me. Means a ton! This was such a tricky one to film. Right when we began rolling the beach, which was supposed to be closed, was flooded by a party of 60 beach goers. There were bikes, jet skis, radios, the audio guy and I looked at each other and wanted to cry lol! We pulled through though!
Hey my friend! Thank you so much! Means a lot! Really appreciate you giving it a watch! And absolutely! You can message through my website at www.storylitfilm.com and we can go from there!
Thank you so much Will! Your words mean a ton, made my day! I picked up the equipment from a local studio. Although there’s other ways to do it. I shot another short on the atlas orions recently and the director just wrote Atlas and asked if we could use the lenses. They said yes! Sometimes just writing and asking these companies they may partner with you!
@@storylitfilms Ah that makes sense! And wow that's very lucky Atlas said yes to that. Did the director have to show some of their previous work or pay a fee to use them?
@@willkeiser215 Yeah it was a blessing! And I don't believe he showed any previous work. I think he just wrote and asked them. You'll need production insurance obviously but that's it.
Not good. Didn't understand all of it. Silly stuff, like leaving a gun, belt and holster on a grave marker. Dumb. Having said that, the camera work, setting, cinematography are good. The day chosen with the cloudy sky was great. Death in a nameless, barren place.
Always so stunned with what you can do with such little cast and one location. Always inspiring.

First saw this at a short film festival, happy to see James Ellison and Kaleb Roberts (great performance in Mud, River, Stone). Memorable film ❤
Ahhh thanks for your comment and for watching!
That was just plain, enjoyable.

@@storylitfilms Hi thanks for the response, I wrote to you on Email
They did not have MIM parts back then. You can see the casting line on the hammer of Italian made firearm. Ding ding ding.
Thanks for watching and your attention to detail!
Loved the short, the cinematography is stunning. How'd you get access to an ARRI Alexa and Atlas Orion Anamorphics? Do you own them?
Thank you so much Will! Your words mean a ton, made my day!
