I like the way you release the video's Dave - and I know to skip the longer ones because I've seen the 2-parters, but if I was going through your back catalogue to maybe do a similar trip in years to come, then I'd choose to watch the longer one. So it's good to have the choice. Editing takes ages and you're right, the revenue from TH-cam for the time put in that it takes to film, then edit the video's, especially fitting it in when you're working full-time, it is literally pennies that we get. atb from DVS :)

I always enjoy your videos. I live in Cumbria and just turned 71. I got myself a cheap and cheerful Chinese e MTB ...I try to use legpower as much as possible....but those hills are getting steeper. I watch your Scottish Borders and North Cumbria rides to give me ideas for rides. I really enjoy your canal rides with your pal....I'm originally from Lancashire so recognise some of these. As you say, people can just skip the final cut if they want to, ....common sense really. The thing about common sense....it's not so common!! It's your channel your efforts

Appreciate the work you put into filming our trips and editing them into a video afterwards mate, so thanks for that, great to look back on…I sometimes find channels and they do a day to day trip video, then upload a full trip video afterwards, i like to go through their back catalogue binge watching the full trip videos, it’s like having a box set to plough through, anyway, thanks again for your efforts mate, see you in a few weeks for the next one⛺️🚲😎👍🏻
Hi Dave. The opinion of people I have spoken to would prefer 20-25 minute videos rather than hour long ones. Like you say, one does not have to watch repeats. Their choice. They are all great videos. Cheers from New Zealand.
