great job like the tyres i leave mudguards on all the time.

Interesting stuff here thanks, though none of it worked for the bike I just took (brand new) out of the box. Have 4 other X35 bikes - two of those had to go to a dealer to get updated and have been fine since. The other 2 have never been a problem and since a dealer is far away from where they are (and this new one is) they've never been updated. But the brand-new one has the dreaded 193 error code so I either get to drag it off to dealer, send the bike back to the seller or buy the GCU and DIY it. Waiting for seller to weigh-in...maybe THEY should buy me a GCU cable? Otherwise both me and the wife LOVE Mahle systems. I have another bike here with X20...with its "smart" charger you can do the updates yourself via the phone app.

Great video lads. I rode that path near Liverpool airport alongside the Mersey a few weeks ago with the father in law. Superb path with great views. Luckily we were going in the opposite direction to you (down the steps on that wooden bridge and not up them)! Enjoyed that. Cheers, Paul

Great film fair play lads you did good i fancy a bit of that probably start off small i do cycle but short trips llangollen canal and wallasey is about it need to do sone research for camping gear etc any tips would be welcome 🙏

I wonder how those mudguards will cope when things get super off road muddy though Dave? I guess you may have to avoid certain places during the Winter which is no bad thing. My Bootzipper has got new tyres now but no mudguards. Nice to see the drone footage in this one. What drone did you use? Just got the Neo here and yet to try it out:)

Hopefully we'll have a dry cold winter. I'd like to recommend two bike packing trips I completed this summer for yourself and Ian. Prestatyn to Cardiff hugging the Welsh coast. My favourite one though was London to Burnley on the canal, started in Brentford on the Grand Union and finished in Burnley on the Leeds Liverpool via the Trent and Mersey and the Bridgewater. Keep turning those legs all the best mate.

good stuff dave ive always said a proper winter bike has got to have full length guards on .ive got some brand new sks guards but i need to sort the fixing point where the chainstays meet the bottom bracket.probably a thick cable tie 🚴👍

Bikes really looking the part, those little front racks are great, I’ve got 2 on bikes, no problems after a few years of use, really light and miss them on bikes I’ve not got them on🚲👍🏻
