Welcome to a SAFE comments section! I know this is the internet and all, but I have some rather old-fashioned beliefs about treating other humans with RESPECT, and therefore I will delete any unkind comments. Thanks so much for your thoughtful and courteous participation - I look forward to hearing from you!

We're going through similar stuff right now, having to find new homeowner's insurance because our previous company sent us a letter of non-renewal because we had a water claim last year, and going through an adoption for our granddaughter. Lots of paperwork and numerous steps backwards because people can't seem to do their job correctly...
Glad your physical health is improved, hang in there with the mental fight!

Oh no, Mojo, I'm sorry you've have to deal with all that stress! I have plenty of things I could say about insurance companies...

Oh how I can relate to the bank and mortgage in Ontario, it’s so ridiculous at times! I’m sorry you had to deal with that. But also, that cafe looks so cute!!

Yeah, it's a struggle to hang on to even just the basics like housing these days. I do love board game cafes, and I'm glad that many Ontario cities have gotten their own board game cafes in the 15 years since Snakes & Lattes first opened in Toronto!

What an awesome concert! The dreadnoughts sound really good. I wasn’t aware they made any more one rings at all for Magic. How cool! Wishing you all the best with your home my friend.

Thanks, Charles. I've spent my day today frantically sending emails/paperwork to banks, mortgage brokers, my region's housing department, my Member of Parliament and Member of Provincial Parliament, local organizations that help with housing, and anyone else I could think of who might have an idea of how I might avoid losing my house. I suspect that this represents what most of my days are going to be like over the next month or so (at which point, if I have no success, I'll be scrambling to do a million things to get the house ready to put on the market while trying to figure out where I could live), so hopefully I'll still find some time to make videos.

I'm so glad to hear that your health is better. I hope that, somehow, you'll get through this paperwork horror with a positive issue. :(

I'm so glad you had fun, Josh.
I've been to one amazing concert this month, and there are two more I'm going to next month, and I know how important going out and having fun listening to good music is.

Absolutely! There's something about the live music experience where even if it's not music that I'd normally listen to, seeing it performed live can still be a great time. What was the amazing concert you went to, and what others are you going to next month?

@@joshyaks oh, it's very eclectic, you'll see. The concert I went to was in Brussels, Belgium, an J-pop band called Atarashii Gakko. My wife and I are both fans, and we took our two nieces, who also took a liking to the band. The next concert we'll go to is Morgan James, an amazing vocalist from the US, and two days later, it's Testament old school thrash metal, one of my favorites. 🙃
See, I told you it's eclectic!

@@AahzmandusPervect I do love how eclectic those experiences are, and that you got to share that special time with your nieces!
