I'm not a beginner to indoor plants.... Well, at least I didn't think I was, but I learned quite a lot from this. I didn't know about the water - it hadn't occurred to me to use anything but regular old tap water on my plants. Or for it to be room temperature - it makes sense tho ... I think my spider plants may haver brown tips because of the tap water? There's apparently an additive that you can add a few drops to your watering can and it removes the chlorine etc that can affect plants. Didn't think of using distilled water but buying a bottle of this will be easier for me than buying distilled water I think. Anyway, thanks again for this.
