No, non gps drones that don't have attitude hold descend very fast. Go watch me fly the Bugs 3. That said, not all gps drones descend as slow as this Holy Stone does.
I wanted this drone to work for what I needed. but could not get App to work on my Android S22. Do you run iphone or android with problems with app? I can download and power up but app says I need to allow settings. Went in and allowed everything but could not get it to work even after numerous times uninstalling and starting over. Very frustrating. Any one else have issues?
Look in the comments and you'll see another person is having the same issue with a Samsung Galaxy phone. I'm using a pixel 7. That kind work would you use this drone for? The camera isn't very good. The photos suck and the video is shaky because there's no gimbal. Return this and get a DJI Mini 2 SE. Yes it costs 2x as much but it will do everything you need and provide great photos and video
Great drone for photos video not so much, but to start out with a full featured gps drone for under $200. Hard to beat plus holystone service is honestly top notch
This drone is actually much cheaper than that. With my 25% off coupon and the 15% coupon on the product page it should be around $140 which is totally acceptable for a drone of this caliber.
It seems like a nice one. I am surprised about the video quality difference of the fixed camera and the gimble camera drones. One a very calm day I guess it wouldn't make too much difference but once the breeze kicks up it really starts to wobble and affect the video. It does take nice pics and good video but that wobble can be rough on the video. Thanks for sharing it.
Thanks Addam! Even with no wind the pitch and roll of the drone causes the camera to tilt. This is why a gimbal is so important. I meant the 720R and the WPL truck on my bench. Now I just have to find a box and get them shipped to you. The 720R will be perfect to park above you car track and get some awesome shots of you running the cars for you videos

When you plug it in pull down the menu and make sure it is set to charge. I believe that's the correct one. It shouldn't be set to data transfer/Android Auto. This is likely a phone related issue. Neither my pixel 4a or my new pixel 7 will connect by USB to my FIMI X8 SE Mini drone no matter what I do. Switched cables and settings and I had to give up. It connected fine to other phones.
@@jasoncessna2522 do you have another phone you can try? It could be some weird issue with your model of phone. It could even be the cable so I would try a different one. If not then return it to Amazon and get a DJI Mini 2 SE. It costs more but you won't regret it

Yes you need to send up one of your good drones to get some footage of the fires.

The removable control sticks suck! Thankfully, Holystone's new drone no longer has that! Don't all drones descend very slowly?

Just got my 360s. Can't connect to my galaxy note 20 ultra. Never asks for charge only. Tech support sucks! Says error! Please open permissions
