HIIT WORKOUT - Bodyweight Only | Calisthenics Series Day 5

  • Here we go! 30 minutes of high intensity interval training to test your stamina, speed, coordination and overall athleticism! Using our bodyweight only, we will involve all of our major muscle groups as well as elevating our heart rate!
    The timer will be on for 30 seconds per exercise and 15 seconds rest!
    Each exercise will be performed for 2 sets! Where an exercise is based on one side of the body, the next set will be the opposite side!

    Have fun with this workout!! It’s not easy but I made sure to try and smile as best I could and simply feel proud for doing it!!
    The staggered squats and the ‘crouch to explode’ for me always make it so hard! But I always think… it’s only 30 seconds!!
    If you find this HIIT workout challenging, remember that means you are doing it right!!!

    Lying here in bed, the intro music alone has risen my heart rate. Excitement and fear pulsing through me.
    I'll start calisthenics week in a few days. Just two more days of Epic 1. Yay!

Now, I'm really feeling like a "pro". The journey is great. So happy to read the changes that everyone see when they train with Caroline. The level is so different. We are really Epic 💯

      Good Day Devansh. True I have learned lot in Calesthnic. Doing each movement with perfect form was really give that burn more than higher number of reps. Calesthnic HIIT only Caroline makes it possible. Have Fun Devansh.

      Calisthenics HIITDAY - that was a very deadly session combined with deadly exercises that complemented each other. I had mini heart attack when the single hand burpees appeared after all those burpees. Breathless & covered in sweat I lay on the floor feeling so alive yet dead 😆 Thank you Caroline & hope you’ve a beautiful Sunday! Looking forward to hearing from you for the next schedule ⭐️

    Was it worth it ? of course it was!
    - loved the challenge, it felt great to end the week with a sweaty finisher :)

    “crouch to explode” is the devil!!! this workout felt so good, what a brilliant end to the week! i sincerely hope you will make more bodyweight only themed programs in the future because this was AMAZING!💗 thank you for what you do. i’m already excited to see what will be waiting on us tomorrow

      Crouch to explode is a total leg killer! I hear ya Yuzuru😆! My legs stopped functioning during those my jumps turned into hops to failed attempts to jump😂! I still love that exercise tho haha. I hope for another calisthenics series too!

    I'm in love with this HIIT😊💛 These series were my favourite from all. I thought that Beast Mode will be hardest but nooooo. Calisthenics series were so challenging and sweaty. I was dripping every time but felt so awesome afterwards. Have a great workout and Sunday friends🤗

    To caroline and anyone else reading this,
    I started following her workouts a few weeks before her EPIC HEAT series came out and have been consistently (to my level best) following her workouts since. The results I have seen are absolutely incredible and I cannot begin to describe how much I love her and her workouts. I genuinely love doing them and look forward to them every single day. I was fairly new to bodyweight workouts a few months ( about 5 months) ago and could not even do one push-up. Now, I can do about 20 pushups in one ao along with many variations I never thought I would have the strength to do. Thank you so much for all your dedication and hard work. I really appreciate it and am very grateful. I'd love to be able to meet you someday,in a few years, and do a gym session with you lol

      Agree, this week was just brilliant. I love that we did it after 2 weeks of weight training, it really made me realise how strong I am. This was a sweaty HIIT! The combinations was excellent, from the beginning to the end my heart rate was up. I laughed out loud when we were doing the second round of hands to the floor burpees and the singer sings: save me😂😂
      The one arm burpees for the finisher were demanding and I collapsed on the floor after haha. The firm abs workout was superb as well! I really felt it!
      I know you will enjoy this one, lots of great moves and the feeling after never disappoints😊

    I believe some of us found you in the middle of this lockdown, and, as I am sure many people have told you, you brought a light into this difficult time.
    Myself, every single night at 11 p.m. I check for the next day workout to appear, and then, plan the following day schedule.

    This was such a great HIIT from the first exercise! And you were right those squat to jumps were pretty tough on my quads! Managed to do the firm abs add on and it really felt great to finish the week of calisthenics strong! I loved this series and can’t wait for what you have planned next!     well if you consider non-jumping, double arm, with walking one leg out at a time a good substitute for one arm burpees, then technically I finished 😮‍💨 . Thanks Caroline! 😃 Excited to repeat this killer (in a good way) of series.

    hiii i just wanted to say thank you so much for these workout videos!! Ive been on vacation this week and I did your 5 day Calisthenics series and I loved ALL the videos! I've been working out for 4 years in the gym weightlifting and I have to say these body workouts humbled me! In the middle of all the videos I was sweating SO much and by the end I was dead however I have been sore in places I've never been sore before but have felt SO GREAT throughout the day and stronger in my daily activities!

    What a way to start the day and to end the week of bodyweight torture.. ;) I've been following Caroline for a while now and I'm physically fitter and mentally stronger and love the workouts! A few weeks ago I couldn't even do a tricep push-up but today I can celebrate the fact that I now can, so thank you Caroline for continually coming up with creative ways to challenge our fortitude and enable us to achieve things that we didn't think were possible...
    I'm 62 years old today, and I can't think of a better way to enter my 63rd year!

    thank you for this amazing week caroline! i previously always kinda failed at the single arm burpee because i was lacking the balance but this time i was brave enough to give it another try and i smashed it!! really showed me how much i have improved and grown since i started following your work-out programs, physically but also mentally. lots of love from germany! looking forward to ending today with the optional ab workout

      Hi...I’m just the same with single arm burpees! I had never seen them before I did Caroline’s workouts and at first I just thought how on earth can I do these! Now I can do them fine! You’ll love the abs add on...don’t be fooled that it starts off OK...by the last two sets it really burns! Matthew

    Holy Moly, was I watching that on fast speed?! I swear she was going so fast I thought I had the TH-cam setting on 2x speed! Especially the “Walk out to tricep push-ups”. Yikes. I did my best keeping up, that’s all I can say. Even though I couldn’t go nearly as fas as Caroline I feel good that I at least did something and finished! Thank you Caroline for another great workout. You don’t know how much these workouts have helped me. Emotionally & physically 😍
    I may not do them perfectly, but like you said, I am striving for improvement and not perfection! Go Us!!

    This was my first full week of Caroline and calisthenics was no joke!!! I just completed this work out and it took me 10 minutes to get my breath back to normal those one arm burpee finishers about got me at the end. I could do them but I was huffing and puffing the whole way through grunting and groaning and sprawled out on the mat at the end. I can’t wait to see what next week has in store for us!!!

    I loved this week calisthenics series!! I simply adore anything bodyweight you produce: calisthenics isometric plyometrics. Your weight workouts are fantastic and great to muscle buildup and strength but I never feel my body working at full potential in each aspect (strength mobility stability flexibility) as in bodyweight exercises. The best of the best!

    I have loved this series! I did iron for the third time before this and this was a great way to workout while I’ve been traveling! It also felt like a deload week, while at the same time feeling like great workouts. A fantastic way to move my body in new ways and target those really small muscles that tend to get ignored when lifting

    So excited for this workout! Unfortunately I was sick for most of this week and was only able to join for the full body complexes on Friday but I absolutely LOVED it. Calisthenics are different type of pain and it felt good to feel strong again. Excited for this HIIT in the morning. LETS GO 💪🏾

    Dayyumm Caroline, you take my breath away, this workout was making my heart pumping so faster, I could hear it in my ears. What a compilation of Hitt workout. Take a bow. I couldn't make that one hand burpee. Sweating profusely 😂❤😂😂😂

    This workout was really intense and I'm not used to doing long sessions of hiit but tired this today was I'm proud of myself for completing it. Thankyou for this amazing workout!!
    Also a request don't stop smiling to us during breaks it keeps me going :p

    Yesterday was a weird day, and I couldn't do this workout till this morning. And was the best decision ever!!! OMG, the hardest workout of the week, at least for me. Thank you Caroline, see you this afternoon 💪🔥💪

    I’m on vacay by the beach..but I def will be joining u bc ur workouts are part of my happiness regiment! Thank u for all u do. The 4 sets for beast & the complexes have been so amazing for MMC ..can’t wait to try this tomorrow !
