    These are really nice and your tutorial is great!! Thanks! I wish I was healthier, because I'd love to try making these, but, I have no energy to do anything because of my bad back. Question, Does the color look almost pearlized? If I wanted to try these, is there anyway to make them shimmery/pearlized looking? My niece asked me if we could try one day. Looking forward to your response! Thank you and best wishes!

    Man you a true boss! I just learn something from you again. I had elephant skin this evening I kept wondering why that was happening , so I was being impatient. Do you recommend the 16 ounces of chocolate on the first go? I had a horrible experience for a party evening! Thank god it was a family member. I gave them their money back because I did not fulfill the order. I gave them the candy apples, but the chocolate

    What temperature does the chocolate have to be or do I just wait 5 minutes and dip my apples regardless of the temperature?
    If I don’t have any paramount crystals what can I use to substitute?

    Hi Ro!!! I'm so grateful for your tutorials. I have 1 question if you can possibly answer. Can candy apples be made sugar free? My daughter is a type 2 diabetic and loved candy apples until she was diagnosed last year.

    Do the crystals you use to help in melting the chocolate add any taste to the chocolate? And are the crystals available in store or is it something you buy online.

    • @DrTLEvans
      @DrTLEvans ปีที่แล้ว

      No added flavor. Helps with chocolate consistency. I purchased mine from a local baking supply store and Amazon.

  • @kwymaine
    @kwymaine 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Why do you change bowls?

    • @YourSweetConnection
      @YourSweetConnection  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So it’s better to melt your chocolate or candy meals and a glass because it he’s up a little faster so instead of melting in the bowl, I melt in the glass first and then transfer it into the bowl so that I have enough room to dip my apples in

      When coloring chocolate you must use a oil base food coloring and not a gel. Chocolate will seize and become thick
