To remove the Airbox of 16 - 20 Honda Civic 2 L non-turbo, you need to remove 2 bolts on the left and 1 rubber stopper on the right. The rubber stopper is pain to remove so the airbox can come out.

I don't see why you're removing the grommet. The old one looks fine.
