      I have that mentality in the gym. You always want to beat everyone then you get to a point where you can only beat yourself. Some people think it’s selfish. It is selfish in a way. But you do it inside the gym only. Outside of it you are a totally different character. Psychology is an excellent way to improve yourself if you know how to implement it properly. The most important thing is to destroy everyone in the gym or whatever it is you are doing and keep respecting others without the feeling of being superior.

    "Never lose the kid inside you" 😭 that hit me hard. I lost the kid inside me since 12 years old. Life became hell and I went through mental health problems with depression and anxiety. I experienced racial abuse and it sucked the life out of me. It took away my ability to love myself, be self-confident and believe. It wasn't just racism it was also family matters where I had to leave my biological family and live with strangers. When you're a kid, you're a free spirit. So innocent and full of life, happiness and energy. I didn't know what racism was and it never existed. It only existed when people treated you differently as you grew up cos of your background. Don't lose that kid inside you who has imagination, creativity and dreams. Have a nice day everyone.

    Henry. One of my all time favs and converted me from a Man-U fan to an Arsenal fan. I hope he does with the Montreal Football Club. I liked his comment about players from the suburbs of Paris playing on concrete and developing skills because of the conditions. Impressed by Kylian's English. He is reportedly fluent in Spanish too. They definitely knew he would be great at a young age and primed him for La Liga or the Prem. AJ is a good interviewer and chill for a boxer. It was a great conversation between past, present and future legends. Well done.

    Anthony Joshua asked: "Why so many good players come from France?" And Thierry Henry answered: The french players come from Paris suburbs.
    Well, in Brazil is the same thing, actually. Our best players come from the "slums" they come from the cities suburbs. Playing football on the street and when they go to a real team they impress a lot! And also, when they go to Europe they do the same on the pitch in terms of skills that used to do on streets in Brazil. So, if you want to find a different footballer being a kid or not, in Brazil, you need to take a look on the suburbs in all cities in Brazil! Not only Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo, the whole country is fulled of incredible young talents!
    Actually, there are so many great footballers, that doesn't have space for all of them on the football cenario, unfortunately.
    Even in the amateur, you can find great footballers, it's crazy!

      Because in france to play football, you don't have to pay. You just start enjoying the game outside with friends in real football pitches ( not parks) for FREE and then you can join local clubs for free, and if you are talented then great for you. I moved to the UK, when I was 16 and playing isn't as easy as in there so believe me when I say no wonder France develop more players. The same comment has been said by many players that started in France and now play in PL ( mahrez)

    • @KB-lt8xd
      @KB-lt8xd 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Kevin11 _ French teams have far better academies than English teams because they invest their money into their youth systems whereas almost every English club just relies on buying foreign moneygrabbers, only Tottenham and Man United care about youth. Plus in poorer countries like France kids spend most of their time playing football because of several reasons such as they can’t afford technology and don’t have a proper school systems so they have to use their time to play football rather than in England where most kids parents earn decent money and kids nowadays spend all their time on their phones Xbox’s TV’s etc instead of actually going outside and doing sport. Last of all, in other leagues you have to work hard to earn good money whereas in the prem you get a huge contract as soon as you turn 18, where is Phil Foden’s motivation to become a great player when he’s already mega rich from doing fuck all?
