Thanks Anthony, I was on the fence for a long time if I want to create shorts or just keep making long form content. Your style of shorts actually inspired me to make shorts myself (actually working right now on my first one - So this video came right on time :) ). I think its a great way to tackle small topics where you have a few things to say about, but don't know how to fill a longform video - especially since I don't like to fill my videos with nonsense just to make them long enough... Great way of showing what you mean by adding multiple layers! I just started playing with shorts and I’ve noticed my videos with captions do so much better. People need to see the screen constantly changing in order to stay engaged. I am hoping I can use shorts to bring new people to my channel that might not have found it otherwise. I’m still pretty small 14k subs and I really want 2023 to be my year of growth on TH-cam!
Ooo, I like that split screen idea- that's a great way of taking footage from an existing video that's in horizontal format and using it in a vertical video while avoiding the bars at the top or being overly zoomed in. I'll have to give it a try!
