Great information Mr Joe. I have “Springing Power Of Attorney” as a agent for my elderly parents who lives in Savannah Georgia. Since I live in Atlanta right now, I make sure that my parents house is insured including homeowners and flood insurance. If a hurricane hit the coastal region of Georgia, my parents are covered fully and I also have a lawn and tree service so that my parents property is well trimmed especially trees and whatever debris that could cause damage during a hurricane or severe thunderstorms. Good thing I have a wonderful but small family owned lawn and tree service contractor because during April they had a reported tornado 🌪 but they didn’t have severe damage to their property unlike some of the residents who live in Pooler which is a suburban community 20 minutes away from downtown Savannah. I’ve downloaded every single upload and I’m definitely taking your advice and thanks once again sir. My daughter did her first “Hurricane” preparedness conference for a senior community in Tampa for her employer (ABC) and she’s doing great in her new role as a meteorologist and hurricane specialist. You guys do such a awesome job keeping regular individuals like myself updated. Keep up with your good work sir
