This is the EXACT niche video I was looking for. Very helpful. Thank you!

This does work with Media Source in OBS but not with Game Capture, is there any way to make it work with game capture?

    Hey,
Very nice video! Its just very weird, when I make the background or a game scene activ, the resolution of it is very weird
No matter what background I have, I always have a bar left and right.
Even if the game and my model have the same resolution (fullscrene), there are the bars.
do you know what you can do there?
And what I generally think is a shame is that there are no real hotkeys to change scenes from game to background (as an example)

      hey there, thank you!
Is the issue only happening in VTS, or is it happening in your Spout2 output of the model+game in OBS?
If it's just in VTS, I was able to replicate the issue. I've got the game set to 1080x1920, have vtubestudio set to 1080x1920, and i've got the black bars as well.
It turns out that when I was clicking 'set resolution' in VTS, it was pressing the button in as if it was resetting the resolution, but it wasn't actually doing so (meaning vts was saying it was 1080p but it wasn't). I stretched the window out and in a bit and then tried the button again, and it correctly set the VTS resolution to 1080p and cleared the black bars.
If it's showing up in OBS though, then it's probably an issue with the source or something within OBS. Let me know and I will try to figure it out!
I agree though, the first thing I looked for was a new hotkey button for swapping spout background sources, but doesn't appear we got it yet. In the meantime you could use OBS Source Clone to make a scene with all your sources, use the entire scene as your spout background, and then use something like Streamerbot to make the sources active/inactive when you swap scenes.
