I’m sad because realized should have done more research because my program is preparing to take the NHA’s CBCS examination. Do I need to stop my 12 month program? And look for another school that offer program preparing to take CPC? Thanks.
@@kayeaure7841 you can independently study for the CPC exam if you want to complete the CBCS program. No sense losing money if you've already paid for that program.

I’m so glad I found your channel right now I’m doing career step medical transcription program I really regret it . The program is a little pricey and I realize I want to do medical billing and coding instead. There are so many schools out there I don’t know where to begin and I feel like they are all about the money. I’m definitely thinking about going the self study way I really don’t feel like paying more money for another program

I am trying to find an accredited school in my area (central Florida) but all I am finding are schools that offer a diploma. When looking for a program, I should be looking for somewhere that offers a certificate?
@@MedicalCodingwithBleu ok I will try to tune in! I called a school and they are asking 16K dollars for the 9 Month program and then tried to get me to do a bachelor's program. I cant help but feel like these trade school are kind of scammy lol
Hey bleu, I’m trying to make sure I’m making the right choice since the school I’m signing up for is $19,000 they credentials are for the CBCS and CPC. Should I go for it?
The CPC program directly with the association aapc.com is much cheaper and they do offer payment plans. No one asks for the CBCS for medical coding. They look for the CPC or AHIMA credentials as well.
