Mozzarella is a soft cheese, and in Italy is usually eaten with salt, olive oil and pepper. I like to add also chili flakes and toasted sesame seeds.. next time try this way, it will be amazing!
It is also delicious with fresh basil and tomatoes.
Mozzarella like the other person mentioned is also amazing and a Caprese salad with tomatoes and basil drizzled with olive oil
Not salt please!! Mozzarella is already salty on its own, there is no need to add more salt. (I'm italian).

OH MY GOD. Cheese is my favourite thing in the world and I have never eaten even close to this much in one sitting! Somebody get this man some crackers and fresh apple slices!
