Fantastic boardgame for kids 6-8 I would say. Our first and most loved family strategy game. Nice setting, some more rules than usual for family games but it works after 1-2 plays. The minis look great. Nice story and gameplay.
Please do a review on Scythe: The rise of Fenris. I am really curious and hopeful of how the expansion changes your opinion of Scythe. I'd love to know! And how about an Empires of the Void 2 review while you're at it? After GenCon and all the busy work, if you ever feel a drought, please consider doing these reviews.
This is also a fantastic game for families with kids that don't necessarily speak/read English, since the amount of text is very little and an adult can easily explain what those few bits of lines do for the child.
Have you tried Ticket to Ride First Journey? My kid loves that game. I can’t get anyone in the family to play the regular version. They like the simpler rules but same gameplay.

This game has been a hit with adult friends who dont typically play kid games.
What do u think about ties? There tends to be ties, w friendship as tie breaker.
They haven't bothered me.

Please do a review on Masters of the universe battle ground 2 player Archon
ty for the video!
Agree on everything. Family likes it but the expansion is not needed and complicates things a bit.
What age of children are we talking about here?
I play this boardgame with my little girl, 6 years old. Now she is 7 and manages to follow her own first strategies in this game.
