So my wife is Canadian and I applied (Outland) on December 2, 2020, received the medical in July 2021, IRCC received the results in a week then in mid November 2021, I received the pre-arrival services letter and that’s about it. It has been 1 year and 2 months and I haven’t heard back. Please note that they transferred my file to London, Ontario. What do you advise me to do? Looks like your app is almost at the final stage. The only thing left is PPR (if everything went well) that might be issued by CIC in their next batch. Just hold on tight and also keep following up with them via call/webform. Good luck
Hi I applied for Outland spousal PR application online on 12 July 2022 and got return letter yesterday stating that "Our office processes Family Class Sponsorship applications where the Principal Applicant resides in Canada. It appears that the Principal Applicant in your application is not residing in Canada given the information in your application documents." What does this means, I am 100% sure that Outland applications can be submitted via online portal then why they returned my application. Any guidance what should I do next would be appreciated.🙏

my application received in IRCC april 29 2021 and they send medical , BIL , sponsor eligibility for june 6-8 in sponsor eligibility latter they saying your application transferred new Delhi visa office , i did medical for June and they updated their IRCC web and BIL did july 7 and after that they asked in august for police certificate to my country , i submitted after that i didn't hear any update . when you evaluate what happen application ? what can i expect ? i am india what can i expect visa office in delhi ?
It is usually suggested to include your police certificate while submitting your application. That must be causing the delay. I will suggest you to contact CIC via call or webform and maybe also order GCMS notes for a clear picture on your app.

May be your next topic could be on online spousal pr applications (it's sort of early). But I see in the tracker, that lot of folks who applied sep or later haven't received aor at all. Paper based ones have started getting them for sep n Oct. Why the ircc has possibly stopped looking at online applications..
Why AOR time is slowing down after April.? Instead of decreasing time and improving the process with the passage of time, they are slowing down the process.

You can follow up with CIC for an update or send them a webform. Ordering GCMS notes will also help giving you a clear explanation on where your application is right now.

Hello. My husband applied for family PR in June 9th 2021. He is in Canada on work permit. Me and our daughter (10 y)are in India. He got his AOR in August 2nd. But later recieved a letter where they asked for (how much payment was given to him every month) from his previous job whe he was in India. (4year earlier). We collected that from his job on their letter head. And he submitted it on next day. A day later he recieved a letter from authorities that they recieved the email. And until now no further progress. Thay only show - ur file is in process. It's been 4 years. He eagerly want to visit us as we cannot reach there. Is there be any issue if he ll came to visit us in India while the file is in process.
One more question I wanted to ask is -- we had submitted our medical and PCC in advance with file. But not done our biometrics. They did not ask about our biometrics. When ll we have to done with biometrics. After getting our copr or they ll ask before . When we applied my husband asked for ur passport copies, Dob in English of my daughter, one pic of each(daughter and mine). My maternal family information. Our marriage certificate. . Pcc and medical are submitted.

Normally, BIL is an automated process. If you didn't receive it yet, follow up with CIC. Or else, if they have submitted their biometrics before, they wouldn't receive it again.

@@TechzAddictz how could u file a webform if u don't have UCI? I believe the delay is because of the IRCC wants to finish all paper based applications first as there will be no more new paper applications in the future.

I applied for family sponsorship (inland) on November 9 2020, on July 1st 2021, I received AOR. Then , on November 2nd 2021, I received medical letter, on November 4th 2021 I received pre-arrival services letter, on November 5th 2021, I received sponsorship approval letter ,on same November 5th 2021, I received applicant approval too. On my account, it says medical passed. They already have my Biometrics because I recently moved here on 2019, so it was updated on my account. I'm waiting for COPR since then.

My wife Completed her Medical October And passed her medical, Since then We waiting Responsed , Just wondering what’s going to be next I missed her 💔🥺
I'll suggest to keep following up with CIC and send them webforms for an update Or you can also order a GCMS notes for the same.
