Hey, I submitted my wife application January 2024 and i got first aor 1 after 2 months and after I got biometrics already done , medical done and I got 2nd aor from Singapore it was July 20 2024 and that’s all about it nathing else yet and by the way my wife background check it’s in progress since 4 months not completed yet so I don’t know , any advice please. Application received 8th of march. Aor 18 th of may. Biometric complete 8th of june. Police clearance request 10 th of june. Medical exam request 8 th of August. Medical complete 19 August. Aor 2 send on 22 August. Eligibility in progress 02 September.then haven’t any kind of activities in my application timeline

Please make a video on process of sponsoring spouse when married but not accompanying option was selected, we have submitted documents of spouse like her pcc, medical n biometric even though she was not accompanying, I m in Canada now n want to sponsor spouse , please explain process for this scenario. Sponsor/ husband, the PR, is residing in Canada. His wife/ spouse is in India.
1- who has to apply for Spousal PR.
2- If Sponsor PR applies, will it be treated as an inland application

Hello..
I submitted my canada spousal pr visa (outland)on June 14/2022 and my file was returned back yesterday 7/10/22 due to missing country in the address given …we had a option to resumbit the same using the same portal and also got a confirmation mail . Should we sumbit as a whole new application ? will they check for signature validity if we sumbitted using the same portal like I did? Really frustrating…please help

My application submitted on 16th august and we got biometric request on 17th august.completed the biometric on 23 rd august.upfront medical is done..now the lawyer is saying the application status is in progress.when we will get the ppr??

I submitted online my outland spousal sponsorship application December 9,2021.(9 months ago)
I got confirmation email same day that my application has successfully submitted, but till now I didn't get file number (AOR) and I didn't hear back from IRCC.
Do you have any idea about this kind of situation?

Through a lawyer, thank you for your question but I want to inform you that I get access to open an account on the Permanent residence family class application tracker. I found out that IRCC received my application in June 9,2022 . I have a little bit peace of mind even if is taking very long time, I already have request for medical exam.
Something I want to say I found out that my application was in the system before my lawyer. I informed my lawyer to send me the confirmation code to continue opening the account, because it should be send to the representative.
