Remember, in Minnesota you are guilty until proven innocent. Remember Minnesota is not a STAND YOUR GROUND STATE.
It’s a stand while you get hit and fall to the ground state
Except in your home.
@@hoserhouse5308 Agree to a certain point. Minnesota has a weak Castle Doctrine law. You would still have to prove you were threatened with great bodily harm. County Attorneys can juggle the law anyway they want too.
@@michaelpalus7929I think he said that because they changed it recently. There is no longer a duty to retreat in your home in MN
Minnesota needs to make its gun laws exactly like its knife law, anything is fine as long as you don't intend to commit a crime with the gun, simple, to the point, a crime is still a crime, just mear possession shouldn't be a crime.

so whats the law on if you get gifted a handgun under 21 would u be able to keep it or would that be illegal
I have my permit to carry can I carry with the gun sticking out my pocket and consider it open carry.?
We don't suggest carrying a gun in your pocket... BUT yes that would be considered open carry as long as a portion of the gun is visible
Awesome and informative video!!
Glad you liked it!

can you carry a pistol with no holster?
Hunter, there is no law that we could find that says it must be in a holster..But we strongly suggest you make sure to protect the trigger at all times when carrying.
Minnesota can pound sand.
Could i buy a ar in Minnesota at 18?
Yes
Any Rifle or shotgun 18 any handgun 21
@@its_Rosey96 okay good
You must be 21 and have a permit to purchase or concealed carry permit. The reason for this is it has a pistol grip.
yes BUT you need to get a permit to purchase if you want to buy any firearm with a pistol grip. To get a permit to purchase you just need to be 18, to get a concealed carry license you must be 21.
well Done
thank you thank you
Out of date as of today.
