My neighbors 130lb canine corso is able to jump the fence with ease. If he were to get in my yard with my female dogs they would stand 0 chance. The other day me my girlfriend and my 7 year old step brother when in the back yard when out of no where my girlfriend froze and said the dog jumped the fence. He jumped the back fence into another neighbors yard and was stalking us by the fenceline. I promptly had everyone go inside and we put up the dogs and informed the neighbor. However it has me worried that If that dog does get in the yard would I get in trouble for shooting it with my gun?

At least gun carry like pistol should be Carried secretly .
