In F&B he always sort of comes off as like a Westerosi Praetorian guard, a man who’s purpose is to defend a leader/social order but also ends up claiming power for himself with violence and is the deciding factor for Aegon coming into power, essentially changing the course of Westerosi history for ever (hence the Kingmaker.) Now Don’t get me wrong, book Cole was probably a bitter ex as well but he was much more than that, which is something the show struggles to get across.
And then there’s this whole other issue of removing Cole’s whole self made ordeal by not having him rise up the ranks to LC of the KG by his own skill and talent but simply because Alicent saw it fit since he would obey her unlike Ser Harrold.
@@sosa2mars he beat Daemon in a joust he's still great warrior last I checked lol
Might be a year later but I disagree as well. I feel like they''ve set Ser Criston Cole up well for the second season to rise above the petty squabbling of the Greens and actually do some fucking damage. Aegon, Alicent, Otto, they all seem less inclined for the actual war, and so Aemond and Criston are going to take charge.
Russia did the same to Napoleon, they burned everything so Napoleon and his army had no food or shelter, and most froze lol. Sorry, it just reminded me of Napoleon's war against Russia.
Thank the Gods crispy creme Cole is gone
This is the first I’ve heard of Criston Coles demise. And I for one am glad of it. What a grade A prick he was.
Preach! Dude was a d!ck!
This battle amazes me did Ser Crispin really think surrender was an option after what he did and what was responsible for??? Just a coward trying to weasel his way out no matter had he surrendered they would of still executed him later on.
Willing to fight after that was his only option.. I mean cmon dude want to parlay first before fight and willing to surrender.
We have the high ground Cole -the blacks
I couldn’t understand what you were saying. I’m sorry but you should enunciate your words more. Sounds like you’re rushing through a speech in high school.😅
It's a very old video, i had below 1000 subs when i made this i was just kinda doing it for myself for fun. I like to think my newer videos have improved these aspects a lot, an actual mic, with more care in my narration. It's why i have been going back and remaking a lot of these older videos, unfortunately the algorithm still pushes the old ones and for that very reason i can't just remove them. With HOTD on tv right now i maybe get 10 comments a day like this on older videos, I don't normally address them but rarely you've actually been quite nice about it and offered constructive feedback rather than just being rude. It's constructive feedback like this that pushed me to make the changes i needed to, and i will always welcome this kind of feedback.
I love how they cry “today was butchery” when it’s their turn to lose.
Also, why do the worst of characters always get off easy? 🙄 damn Westeros lol
Criston Pulled That Sword Out & They Went From Winter Wolves To Winter Cowards💀💀💯
Why Do The Worst Of Characters Always Get Off Easy? You Mean Like The Child R*pist Child Killing Uncle Of Midnyra The Pretender Queen That You Like🤔🤔
You’re Funny Asf Kayveeh 🤣😂💯
Can´t wait to see Crispy Creepy Coles death on the show.
Sir oranges is going to be JUICE
Creepy? Yeah midnyra the r*pist & daemon the p*do r*pist definitely are💯💯
You’re gonna see midnyra meet sunfyre while her son watches
In hotd they will show Vhagar destroying Riverlanders Rather than Aemond controlling him
Show is just became green propoganda and the rogue prince hate
If you think that show has any bit of propaganda for the greens you’re watching the back of your TV. I guess you’re one of those Daemon stans that don’t just understand his character.
You are insane.
@@ebenezerejemai912the books to begin with have an unbelievable black bias. even that pales compared to how much the show favors the blacks
@@BlazingBurrito2K if you’ve read fire and blood and come out of that thinking it favors the greens you’re simply delusional
@@BlazingBurrito2K see if that was the case most people reading it would come out thinking the greens were right. But it doesn’t.
