This guy's such a gun player 2019/2020 captained the Mako to back to back titles and 6 Super Rugby Championships in a row he knows how to win that's for sure! Last year would have taught him some valuable lessons in International rugby about maintaining high standards let's hope he's taken that on board and has a better International season this year.
His Rugby IQ & Defence is 💥
this guy is so lethal as a rugby player, like you honestly cant coach the natural skill havili has.... elite athlete
Well said, David.
Good on him, some of the media kept trying to draw a Crusaders angle to the questions but David kept the focus on the ABs.
Nice one, lets hope he shows up better than last year. Lets go boys!!
He will, I reckon. He's approaching 'prime condition', mentally and physically now.
We are very proud to. All blacks on this years 2022. ,,,we are belivies this times. Head coaches. Fozzie,,,,and to ABs. Are you still remembers on last few years ago 2021. ☘️ Irish what there are to us
David is looking even bigger. He has turned into a helluva powerful centre, that ticks the boxes. Good on you David. Your commitment and hard graft is paying up now .
Powerful centre? That fInal was the best game he’s had all year? Remember him last year on NH tour?
@@demokkore895 Last year is past and done. He was powerful and very good in the Final, against very good Blues centres. As this was his best game leading into the Tests against Ireland I'd venture to say he ticks the boxes. Otherwise he wouldn't be in the Test squad. Simple as that.
Smart cookie
Will be very interested to see if he can unlock the northern rush defenses. He is more reliant on footwork than pure power with the latter arguably being more effective for midfielders in the past against that type of D. Here's hoping he can, as he has a lot of the other qualities that the ABs really need in a 12. Put a big solid defensive 13 outside him too as I think that complements him best.
this is a different David Havili this year seems to be running strait and hard getting over the game like the changes
Yeah well he should be, he was absolute shite last year. Would rather see Tupae starting
Aye. Totally agree larry. He's the proper package now I reckon.
Great player, but he needs to be part of a good setup. There is no point using him like a wrecking ball like they did last year. Might as well play some loose forwards at centre if they are going to play without depth and get the ball half a second before the defenders smash them. All the super teams had some pretty good back line moves this year, hopefully fuzzy can take some learnings from that.
Him and goodhue are terrible at international level
Absolutely atrocious they are. Constantly shat the bed last year. Hopefully the get injured
@@jakemeke8750 that's not right
Great win by the Crusaders on the weekend wasn't it, sad guy?
