    Great video, kielder is a belter, and I've shacked up with Howard there for snuggly nights many a time in my camper whilst shooting some lovely milk... and getting turbo pissed 😂

    Enjoyed that! Speaking of if we get bad weather or not - the night Howard and I saw that mad fireball (which I still get chills thinking about) the woods we were in was full of fallen trees after a particularly brutal storm. Ended up parking on opposite sides of some trees blocking the road and having to cart Howard's gear through to the car park. Great night.

    Great chat guys! The part on shooting Cygnus and using filters got me thinking... how much milky way would actually pop out during the grey nights if you get enough data? Might be an interesting test!

      Yes , i have wondered about that , I have a narrow band and a USC filter for a 6d unfortunately I sold the camera ! And swapped to pentax

    Thanks guys , the frustration and rewards of astrophotography not sure why we love thus hobby 😮
    But it is enjoyable, the combination of technical skill ,art and luck is quite addictive
