Today, we are going to be talking about sparkle and if she is still worth it after all this time after her release! We are going to be talking about her, her kit, her usage as of late, and even considering other supports and also future banners that might affect her value! I have sparkle and I don’t regret it, I heavily use DHIL since I’ve gotten him and sparkle makes it a lot less stressful in my opinion.
I feel the same. I don’t use DHIL anymore but when I got Sparkle, I was using him all the time and she was a huge buff to him and certainly gave him a few months more of longevity.
Is Sparkle worth it now? NO, unless you’re going E2S1+
Robin has been shown to be better in many hypercarry which is insane and frustrating as I would’ve liked Sparkle to retain her spot as BiS hypercarry buffer while the rest are for dual DPS, DoT, Break, etc. Even Ruan Mei didn’t quite replace Sparkle in her role even though she was certainly the better harmony.
DHIL is falling off too.
I’m not saying she’s bad, no she’s still good it’s just that it’s a better investment for those who don’t have her or a FTP character to get Robin or Ruan Mei instead.
Still don’t regret getting her!
@mp9104 crit hypercarries often use both sparkle and robin so it's not an either or situation. i think if someone wants her it's worth it since she's harmony even if she might not be as good

And for Sparkle to out perform Robin in the Acheron team she also needs a Broyna both need meta lvl relics and 2 S5 DDD.
As for Tingyun she is used in Yunli teams and some Robin ones…
Meanwhile while where is Sparkle being used? DHIL? Bro can barely keep up at E2 yet alone if he’s E0.
@@The_CodFish69duh of course yunli gets used with tingyun she has two stages of ult charge also sparkle is literally never bad she is the best for any team that enjoys using skills (there isn’t a team that doesn’t enjoy using skills) and guess what not everyone has a robin and follow up teams are for the most part crit based, sparkle also basically is the reason mono quantum is popular since it gives a damage boost without doing anything
@@larsthememelord3383 welp that's why you skip her because Robin is literally coming in the next banner after Sparkle on top of that even outside of the FUA Team Robin usually out performs Sparkle even in HC team's like Acheron for example with JQ release she gets kicked out of the team for Robin.
As for Mono Q sure but its one of the worst teams RN unless you have E1S1+ of the characters it's one of the worst teams in the current Meta.
And lastly let's be honest besides DHIL Sp is a non issue at best and a Skill issue at worse I mean look at FF she is so SP- but because her team is so SP+ it works out...

Sparkle is insane with QQ, Seele and DHIL. She is really good with E2 Acheron, although Robin is better with her AFAIK.
JQ is amazing for Acheron and everyone acknowledges that. Outside of that...hm...he's 5-star Gui for DoT teams? Especially if you get him at E2.
Sparkle used to be a must for me before because I wanted to enable a Mono Quantum with Qinque as my DPS, but enemies with quantum weakness aren't that common anymore, and I haven't used Qinque in a hot minute, so my immediate need for Sparkle has dropped.
Now, a team that I've been testing out in some instances where I can borrow a character is a duo counter team with Yunli/Clara, Huohuo as the sustain, and Robin as the main source of damage and buffs. And well, that team is pretty fun, and to enable it I will need a Robin, so I will try to get her on her rerun.
I want another Preservation unit. Screw ‘the new Acheron’ whatnot. I only pull for LCs that complete my current roster and don’t replace them instead (I pulled Yunli’s LC for Clara but shunned ‘better Clara’).
I swear we need more 4 Star preservation units. March 7th is the only one right now while Abundance units are literally ‘abundant’.
And 4 star Erudition Wind & imaginary . Support / sub DPS unit that charge ult energy .
I always having a trouble in PF because I don't have enough weakness coverage . While in other endgames mode I can just use mono Quantum team . Herta Himeko Serval is not enough .
@@Cuddle_with_Furina I usually just either use Nihility as ‘Erudition at home’ or work on something else. Still building my Herta and am not bothered if I 2 Star the last PF level.

"sparkle is bad becauz hypercarry only" thats her point, hypercarry is actually bullshit strong, her being tied to that team type isnt a bad thing, sparkle can buff so much and can boost teams to be able to compete with other teams, her mono quantum team can actually ignore the non quantum weak enemies which makes her signature team actually so strong. Youve mentioned a lot of wrong information that im confused about. Sparkle can be used with so many dps characters and compete with signature allies for that certain dps (e.g. sparkle and ratio vs ratio topaz avent and robin). Acheron can make full use of sparkle because it advances her and allows her to inflict her own debuffs faster (which is useful if the player doesnt have basic atk debuff inflicting characters). Sparkle has a near universal use because with a fast build she allows allies to act faster being useful in content like MOC and Apoc Shadow.
Hypercarry is at the top, youre absolutely wrong saying that isnt isnt that good nowadays, the "issue" is that content switches away from hypercarry to allow other teams to be viable and compete with strong teams like our glorious hypercarry
But Sparkle is a staple in Acheron teams especially if she has e1 here, almost everyone recommend you put a Sparkle with Acheron

As someone who uses DHIL a lot, I've never regretted getting sparkle. Even thinking of going for her weapon.
Probably a bit late, but Sparkle's thing is buffing Hypercarries, ESPECIALLY Quantum Hypercarries. She's basically THE Harmony character for Mono-Quantum, a pretty comfy team comp able to brute-force a lot of content with Silver Wolf and Big Numbers.
The thing is, Mono-Quantum is the comp that's a single good DPS away from being meta. Fu Xuan's Matrix buffs CR (and CD with C1), Sparkle's Skill has a CD buff and AF, her A6 is a 30% permanent buff to mono-Quantum just by existing, and her Ult fixes SP issues AND buffs damage even more. Not to mention that Silver Wolf (or whoever eventually replaces here) can implant Quantum weakness AND debuff the enemy to make the most of all those buffs.
I mean, if you're Built Different, you've seen what Qingque does in Simulated/Divergent Universe with the Erudition/Propagation paths/equations.
sparkle doesnt have her 2.0 dps and idk if a quantum destruction unit will come out for the rest of 2.0. the character would also have to eat skill points and need a lot of atk/crit dmg. Then for synergy with fu xuan/jade the character would also have some kinda dewdrop effect from SU. who knows where this game will go
What if I told you that a 5* Quantum Destruction unit exists?

?????, what are you talking about, I'm curious honestly, you don't need to use up all of sparkle's skull points, it's only a bonus if the dps you use is heavily dependant on skill points, plus sparkle fits in with almost any crit dps meaning she has tons of characters she works well with.
@grtwo_echidna yeah, but crit dps like jingliu and dhil aren't in a good spot rn. Acheron is meta but only at e2 is sparkle even worth considering.
I don't know if Sparkle is really the top meta pull at the moment but she is a lot better than you make her out to be. She's pretty universal for hypercarry teams and best in slot for most Acheron setups. Jiaoqiu will likely be the more generic pick for Acheron tho, but it's not that far between them. Sometimes she's a Bronya sidegrade but the skill point refund is highly underrated. They don't always have to go to your DPS.
Honestly i'm pulling for various reasons, i hate Sparkle, but i love DHIL and Argenti, so sacrifices are needed, Bronya is not working for me because the only team that she could be used is Argenti and Ruan Mei does a better job, and if someday i plan to get Acheron E2, Sparkle will be a great support, so then i'll get Jiaoqiu in his rerun, i know people say that Robin is better and etc..., but i already got her when she first released and i don't really feel like i need Robin E1.

Sparkle is a propagation harmony. Once hoyo start making more propagation units Sparkle stocks will rise again.

@@lol_Ozma a Sp unit. A team archetype hoyo hasn’t explored yet besides with Dhil.
QQ dominates in SU with Propagation. Eventually they'll expand this archetype outside of SU, as they did with FUA and Break.

I dont regret getting Sparkle when she was first released. I'm a QQ enjoyer.
That said, meta wise, she's an easy skip, especially if you already own Bronya.
For people who might b2 thinking of doing a DoT team, with how popular follow up and break is becoming I would expect a new DoT enabler, like kafka in the near future
Which I do hope happens, because I don't like kafka as a character
I feel like if tingyun is indeed fire nihility, she might be the next enabler all DoT lovers have been waiting for.

Sparkle was one of the easiest skips in the game for me 😂. She’s funny in the story tho sometimes.

Cause a lot of the meta is break, fua or dot and the only fua that likes sparkle is acheron e2 and thats something robin can help do better

Sparkle definitely decreed in value throughout the patches. Mainly because there’s less Hypercarry units ever since she came out, especially non that really want her like Acheron without E2 or min maxing, and break dps’ to an extent.
Also because her main selling points were the skill points and that the skill points, and that her skill buff lasts for two turns compared to Bronya’s one. Which was mainly for Hypercarry FuA units, but it seems that Robin took her place in those teams.
Idk if you can talk about leaks but the banner rerun for next patch is some kind of special triple banner with robin/kafka/blackswan i believe

I have gotten great mileage out of her by putting her with Argenti and two others that can really vary. She just keeps Agenti comfortably spamming his skill which can really slap.
I have 137 wishes saved up on 46 pity I will get her no matter what 😂 mono quantum lover to this day

Not gonna lie to me the second banner phase being Jiaoqiu and Sparkle is literally you can't go wrong with either of them but to me new player or not sparkle is a skip if you already have bronya which most likely a decent amount of new players have and older players most likely have at either E1 to E3 with her light cone
And as well to be honest since people are watching leaks and taking it as confimation that robin is getting a rerun let's just wait for the 2.5 special program
I lost my chance to grab her in her debut and now i got her on her rerun. Enjoying to get her since I was sad didn't got a chance to grab her on her debut.
I really like sparkle but i don’t have the extra summons to pull her. When there are more usable characters for my account coming soon

The only hypercarry I have is jingliu..and she does need all the crit DMG she can get..and the action forward for jingliu m8 help for unlimited mara state for her.
@@athff___illyzz Jingliu is losing value as the game goes on unfortunately, I would just save if I were you for a meta sustainer (if you do not have one) or just save for Archeron Rerun (or another character u like)

Thinking for even a second that Crit Hypercarry meta wouldn't return is just naive. Harmony Rail people, we playing Harmony Rail. Not having them and needing them is crippling. Better have it. Fox NPC will return in a few weeks anyway.
But what makes you think by that time with new dps we wont get better supports also? Sparkle clearly was mostly designed for skill point hungry main dps and mono quantum and their time to shine is gone.
@@zolombox1779 Yeah, and Herta with Himeko are just forgotten beta game characters no one uses anymore... Oh wait, they're toping the charts. But most importantly - "better will come out" lol, better everything will come out. Most of it will be Damage dealers, and no matter which one you want, having a support ready is better than sitting with sub-optimal results.

You really comparing 4 star and standard 5 stars people get for free with niche 5 star limited support? And Herta with Himeko far from ideal, they only used in one game mode and Himeko not even good unless there is a lot of fire weak enemies. Sparkle is the suboptimal support in many teams and bad in some others like dot or break and don't pretend she is not. We'll only going to get more more and more gimmicky dps character as times goes on where basic buffers become outdated.

As for the topic of Sparkle, I'm not up to date with what's popular in the meta as of late but for me personally Sparkle was definitely worth it because I jus rly like her, and I got SUPER lucky with my pulls on her release getting her to E1 and getting 2 of her sig LC in a ten pull! I use her with Raiden (aka acheron but I call her by her real name) and she makes my Raiden do stupid damage! I'm totally planning to get e2 Sparkle✨️ (I mean hey I love her, and no other characters that came out recently interested me so ya😂)
One of my two favorite harmony characters. So yes I think she is still worth it.
Sparkle is good, but with there only being primarily two teams, robin and ruan mei is just overall better for most teams. Pull her if you like her or if your main team is danheng il or mono quantum, otherwise i personally think shes not worth your pulls at this state of the game.
I also like using Sparkle with Argenti in Pure Fiction.
I don't have a lot of these characters so I don't know if I should summon

i have premium FUA team and a yunli/huohuo. is it worth pulling sparkle so i can finally have 2 completed teams. i usually just slot in yunli into the FUA team because i really like her play style
You don't have a second team? Super break is right there for the taking. You don't *have* to use Firefly or Boothill for super break teams to pop off, I would look into it. If you don't have Acheron, DHIL or Seele she is probably a pretty low priority pull. She'll likely see a resurgence after the break meta cools down.
I'd ask does Sparkle fit a niche you need filled? You can't really lose pulling on any 5 star, you just need to have a reason for pulling them. She's not meta right now, but if you wanna build a sp spammy team she'll help ya there and she'll.

Well I’d wait if I where you there’s a High chance Robin is getting her Rerun in 2.5 so I’d wait until the Livestream b4 going all out on Sparkle.
But the choice is up to you of course but I’ll be honest as a new player the 2 single best units you can get RN are RM and Robin so I wouldn’t pull on sparkle if its confirmed she is indeed Rerunning.

Sparkle is kinda dead now. Hoyoverse stopped making new Hypercarries, and Jiaoqiu totally killed that playstyle (for Acheron at least). Jiaoqiu switched from a Hypercarry Acheron to a debuff-focused Acheron team, which makes way more sense now.
Even in hyper carry teams, robin beats sparkle easily, except DHIL but he already fell off so hard so he doesn't even matter anymore
he doesn’t “fall off” saying a character falling off is just absurd. a well built dhil team can still clear endgame with ease. I can understand if you base your opinion on prydwen tierlist but the tierlist only depicts on the current meta favoring super break and fua. hope this helps
The reason sparkle isnt good for most accounts rn isnt cuz dhil is bad. Its cuz she hasn't gotten a BiS since dhil and because robin stole her other BiS. (Acheron, Seele, Arguably JY) Saying dhil fell off is crazy

@@UltimatePollo3495 nope i got JQ for my Acheron I can't handle using Guin anymore, it's just because I don't mind if other people want her so im just being nice because if I was honest I'd just say getting Sparkle in the current Meta is one way to brick an account if you pick her over RM and especially Robin who may be coming as soon as the next banner.

I'm just curious because as of V4 an E2 Gallagher is fine and at E6 he's honestly better then her even at E0S1 she needs her E1 to complete with him at E6.

I don’t care about anyone opinion sparkle is still broken and such a GOOD design I don’t see what people see in robin design … sparkle is just underrated and the game doesn’t care about old characters like qq and dhil and seele they’re more caring about the new ones but believe me she is gonna be so useful in the future mark my words until I die 🎉
I just think Robin is really pretty. That being said I'm a day 1 Sparkle enjoyer. I love using her to boost our General, and I love running her in dual DPS SP spending teams, like JY and Argenti... before they stole his voice TT - TT, I ran her with my OG Ratio team, that being Ratio and Wolf with Lynx, then Aven. And now I'm enjoying her with my PF teams now that I have Jade, and it's great because I love making my Herta super strong so passing her 130 CD is just hilarious. I actually run a lot of dual Erudition so all the extra SP is a god send for keeping dmg rotations up.
Shes gonna get better in the future but right now theres no denying that she lacks good teams

@@Gwenpool_lover I wouldn't know I just pulled her cause I thought her model was pretty and I liked her ult. It was a super unique ability. Sparkle still clears content comfortably so I don't complain much

@The_CodFish69 when ppl get her e6 u know sp problem won't matter as I believe one of her eidolons enable her buff to last an extra turn meaning u don't have to skill if u want bronya just gonna get better as game goes on and more ppl get her eidolons
@@The_CodFish69Bronya also gets rid of a debuff when she uses her skill which is better over Sparkle
