  • A very beginner friendly easy setup for a traffic system that relies on a pop simulation with some post sim tweaks. Mostly suited for fast background elements

Hi Linus, thanks for the tutorial, may I know if it is possible to set the speed of the particles following the curvature or elevation of the road? like going corner slower or uphill slower? thank you

      Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. Yes that would be hard at all and a pretty intresting devolpment. Its just a matter of calculating that, either by hand using, tangent, gradient of y etc or with a curvature measure sop (measure or labs curvature)

Hi Linus, thanks for the tutorials, quiet simple and effective, but i always have the same issues, it feels like the cars are not following the vector flow, they only go on the same direction, i dont know what im missing, any help would be awesome

      Hi,
It was a while ago since i did this so cant really answer straight away. Sounds like it could be a problem with a vector cast as a float? If you send me the hip file im happy to take a look at it if you cant get it to work
