Implementing this into a BeamNG Drive map that never ends would be so cool!
some advice from having bought some city street building generator. 1. low poly and high poly. 2. variety of buildings (glass) and older buildings (masonry), 3. bridges and overpasses 4. age, dirt, wear on roads, cracks, wet streets. 5. ability to change the language on signs. 6 sky would be nice. no one includes skies. good work so far on your project.

How did you make the procedural roads and with what software? can you give an explanation on the algorithm you used. You seem to have used splines as inputs but not centerlines. It's very interesting to learn. Thank you.
Regarding the software, I am pretty sure he is using Houdini. Probably for all the assets.

Car rig in houdini? I've been trying for a month make rig suspensions with RBDconstrains and RBD bullet solver but without good result

I've spent years trying to figure out procedure road and intersection generation using splines and actors... still failing.
This guy snuck it in during this last year right under my nose. lol

There are daytime reflections in the first nighttime shot, screen right.
the reflections are just the HDRI he used as base for the lights. That scene is not nighttime. It's backgroung is hidden, thats why it is black

hot damn that looks incredible. Superb work, sir! Might it be possible for this system to interlink a set of points on a map? might it also be able to route itself around obstructions such as terrain? all the pieces are here, now all it needs is to interact with other elements of a world!
