Is it a safe place to live in Ocala?
I want to move to Florida, currently living in NC, but I don’t know much about Florida.

Yes Ocala is a safe place to live. Like every place there are those areas where you want to stay away from but it's not filled with those areas. I actually moved here myself and that was one of the reasons I moved here. wanted somewhere where it was calm and safe. Not too far from main cities. I almost moved to NC a few years ago! If you want to get to know which area is best for you, I would agree with what @wanda8977 said. I can show you the area and based off that, show you other areas as well.

Must have flood insurance policy in FL
It is not a requirement. Only in areas where you are in a flood zone
@@winwithwendoly I heard they are slowly implementing flood insurance for people who aren't in a flood zone as well.
Okay so how much is the flood insurance policy in FL they say it's very high price

I love the backyard with the trees! I prefer tile flooring and some natural lighting in the bathrooms. The builder could have constructed a larger lanai or patio space. Thanks for the showing!
