I don't know if any of these has been done before but here's a suggestion I have for your "How Fast ?" videos. • How fast can you travel on foot from one corner of the map to another corner of the map (Upper-right to lower-left and vice versa). Not necessarily at the beginning.

It's very recommended to do these Unique Stunt Jumps before completing Umberto Robina's final mission "Trojan Voodoo" because Haitians will attack you and it's going to be impossible to do it in their territory
Stunt #6 always gives me hell in the original. I don't know why but the hit box that Rockstar made is so precise. No mistakes. Some others give me trouble, but not as much as that one.

What I do is complete every possible USJ at the beginning and then unlock the last 3 during "G-Spotlight".
Thank god we don’t need stunt jumps for GTA SA’s 100% Completion

Impossible? They can barely touch you. It doesn't matter when you do it. The triads in GTA 3 are way more dangerous.
