Sir, Yes Sir!, in my opinion, was originally supposed to be the mission that unlocks Diaz's missions it makes sense this way, since Tommy would have a reason to plot against Diaz by working with him I guess back then they didn't want to have bridge restrictions or they didn't think about bridges when writing the missions so yeah, that's why there's a little error here, with the Two Bit Hit mission as well Mainland is unlocked after Phnom Penh '86 and Sir, Yes Sir! and Two Bit Hit take place on the Mainland
In the mission Sir Yes sir, if you steal a tank without alerting the army first like you do intended way ( not kill any guys ), you get an extra achievement called "Baked Distraction". This took me a few attempts to get that since sometimes it's not counted.
On the second method of Death Row when you exit tthe junkyard there's a small red bridge to your right use it to drive through Little Havana , then onto the main road Diaz's guys won't be able to follow you and you can easily get to the hospital in Downtown .
Now, recently a Samedi gang lord died. Aprentley, the Vulcans did it. Nobody was certain. Let's make them certain. You disguise yourself as a Vulcan hombre, head it down, and crash that funeral. Mix it up and high tail it.
I believe if you cause enough mayhem the soldier eventually bails out, even giving some unique dialogue. I'm completely sure about that but theirs no point doing that anyway.

You can get a tank without failing a mission just get the cop uniform from the police station go to the army and take the tank from there . The thing is you will need 90 hidden packages .

The drive to the hospital in "Death Row" is easier if you go through the red bridge on the right of the junkyard.
I've said this on other peoples videos over the years and coincidentally I just mentioned it on this video .
