Very helpful, the only question I had was whether it was possible to do without removing the fairing and that was immediately answered. Thanks for uploading.
Great video mate, speedo cable was the first job I tackled on my ZZR. It's easy as pie when you know how. Thats why we do what we do, teaching people how to make pie! :)
Thanks mate and you got something coming to you soon. A thank you for your art work and being a great supporter of my channel. Its the 1p i said i would send you so look out for it in the mail soon.
You have to take it off as the cable has a retaining washer on the top to stop it from fallout out if the bottom comes undone and if you do put the cable in upside down you can lose the cable on the road like i did a few years ago hehehe ;-). Thanks for your somment

Thank you, my dad's xj600 speedo cable fell off.
Your welcome, hope it all works out ok
thanks for the tip.
hahaha!! awesome! i Shall look forward to that indeed lol :)
I have had the bike for 4 years now so i dont know who did it but yes numpty is what i would say too lol
Should have taken the light off as well, then its not fiddly at all. Plus its only four extra bolts, so like an extra 2 minutes max.
Why you just leave outer casing in situ and push inner cable upwards, twist so it locates at the top then screw up the bottom? 2 minute job.
