Amazing! Thanks for validating my thought on this. I was trying to accept the same literally went through all of the stages you mentioned and very true on the part of taking time which the people think is a blunder is actually a boon in disguise. Look forward to more of your content. Keep up the good work.
Thanks alot it is really motivating May God bless you , bcoz u r kind hearted person it can be Reflected from Your videos and your smile😍. I am a fresher graduate of 2020 with employment around one and half month. Everyday Dealing with comments liike the Communication skills is weak sometimes lack of confidence sometimes they even say Your voice sounds Childish😀. Anyway keep posting i like to watch your Videos lots of love to you.
I like the round and square peg analogy. This is what happened to me when I was fired yesterday. It just wasn’t the right job. I made mistakes but so did the company. I appreciate you saying that. It’s hard not to blame myself but it just didn’t work out. I’m 50 and I still haven’t found a job I really like. It’s discouraging but I have to keep going. I’ve been fired so many times since age 18. For different reasons. It’s so common.
Hi, thanks for letting us know the behind the scene. Though being a professional I know the stories crippling, but it's a fell good factor when hearing from the learned. In my case it's the same as you share it nicely. Thanks.
Very nice information , I just love your channel. All solutions are so practical. It would be so helpful if you can make video on effective communication. For ex we talk in team or in presentations, so how to talk effectively, in composed manner, badly need help in this area.
After watching your videos now I got to know HRs actually have tasks apart from occasion celebrations.👍👍 But your videos are really helpful, please do keep up the good work.🙏🙏
So true. I have gone thru this as well. The problem is the hiring Manger's attitude itself changed after he communicated this to me and all I was asking him is a day's time which did not agree...so cruel
This is very helpful to me as I'm undergoing the same right now. But I don't how to mention this during interviews as I was there for just six months and want to come out of this ASAP. Thanks in advance.
Im going through this. Last in first out. Honestly speaking I’m traumatized cuz this is my first experience. Since then I haven’t yet found a job and I’m so démoralise
According to me, the best way to heal is to move forward and take action. See my videos in the playlist ‘how to get a job fast’. I also did a livestream on protecting mental health during a career transition 3 days ago. All the best.
Very well explained about how to handle the emotions. But some companies hesitate to hire someone after they are fired from a previous company due to internal restructuring. This is my personal experience. Could you please shed some light on how to face the question when asked about why was I fired in the next interview.
Face it with honesty. Provide the picture, skip the details. But in 2021 everyone knows covid resulted in mass layoffs. If they don’t want you, trust me, you don’t want them. Go where you are celebrated, not tolerated
I am a software engineer And I have been fired 3 times in 1 and half year What should I do First company I worked for 2 months Second company I worked for 3 months Third company I worked for 2 months All were startups of size less than 10 What should I mention in my resume Should I remove my last two experiences
Thank you for the vdo on this topic Mam. What to do when you are terminated for misconduct or breach of a protocol ? Do you get all the docs - reliving, exp letter ? And do they record it ? Also how your next employer looks at it?
Good question. I don’t cover that in this video. Yes, get the relieving letter that confirms dates of employment. Be honest with your next employer. But avoid specifics. Good luck.
Hi Sonal, is there a way to communicate to you one on one, email, phone? I was also asked to leave the company ai worked for years all on a single day, I still with the trauma, need some prof advice.
Thanks..the video was good.. Wanted to tell that I did bad mouthing of my manager, I wrote in the exit interview.. in the software tool all the possible negatives about my boss, the company was EY.. now will they rehire me ?
@@SuperChargeYourself Just noticed that you are from Belgium. Sadly few of the things that you talked in dont work like that in my country. If I was in US or Europe fired would have been a piece of cake for a champion fired-up person like me :) Thanks for your kind words though.
Hi Maam, I have a question . My friend has call recorder in his mobile enabled. He records all conversations with Managers and employees. Can this back fire or cause an issue later. Or will it be beneficial to him in future. Can he be fired by the company if he uses to blackmail his leads for the words they said.
I applied for a change in ABC company. All details of interview done after HR call with salary discussion i was told that salary is needed to be approved from senior management. Its now 3 weeks havn't heard back. So does it mean the position is lost or closed..
Mam I went for an interview when I decided to look for better opportunities, Hiring person enquired about why I'm changing company, I answered "for carrier growth and better opportunities" Then he asked about current and expected CTC, I answered then he negotiated to current CTC for few months then they do hike based on performance, I asked him I'm getting same in current company, he told to me that "you are looking for carrier growth right so u don't look at CTC " Mam what might be the proper response in these situations Thanks for reaching this and for your and❤️☺️
I have a query. I have recently been offered a job. My reporting manager in the next company is an ex colleague. I told him today that I have received the offer letter from the HR . He asked me to share it with him. Do you think I should do so ??
The most candid talk. What you mentioned is absolutely true. I appreciate your advice and teachings. Kudos Ma'am
You can always expect straight talk from me Manoj 😊

I was also asked to leave the company ai worked for years all on a single day, I still with the trauma, need some prof advice.
Hi, yes! Sorry to hear about the trauma. My website has all the information on how to reach out. All the best to you.
Thanks..the video was good..
Wanted to tell that I did bad mouthing of my manager, I wrote in the exit interview.. in the software tool all the possible negatives about my boss, the company was EY.. now will they rehire me ?
Join me live today, let’s talk about this.
I had been fired from 10 jobs out of 13 jobs that I had been employed so far
Learn from the past and move to the future with confidence! Good luck!
@@SuperChargeYourself Just noticed that you are from Belgium. Sadly few of the things that you talked in dont work like that in my country. If I was in US or Europe fired would have been a piece of cake for a champion fired-up person like me :) Thanks for your kind words though.
I’m from India and live in Belgium.
@@SuperChargeYourself Then you know the typical Indian boss politics mentality ! How about a video dealing exclusively on that sometime ?
Is it adviceable to join the same company from where you have been fired .
I think it’s a personal preference. I would prefer to move forward, not backward.
Good luck!
Perfectly Articulated. How to get in touch with the coach for some tips and mentoring?
My website had the information on live-streams and scheduling consultations!

Weird question Sanjib! There are serious privacy concerns because no one knows he’s doing this.
If I were his friend I’d tell him to stop.

How much we need to pay you I mean your fees if I take your professional help to get job in bpo bangalore or Chennai etc..

Hi Naveena
Watch my video on salary expectations, I think it will help you.
I have a query. I have recently been offered a job. My reporting manager in the next company is an ex colleague. I told him today that I have received the offer letter from the HR . He asked me to share it with him. Do you think I should do so ??
Up to you, personally, I would keep things private! Do what feels right ! And congrats on the offer!
@@SuperChargeYourself thanks. Even I don't feel like sharing this info.
