I have the same car and Usb plug always disconnected unless it's "anker" I tried a lot of high end cables but only anker works without problem. Actually toyota officially recomended Anker answering a user's question but i can't remember in which country they answer that quesiton. I just come across in the internet while trying to find a solution.
