Gigantic yarn haul! Everything I bought in Turkey! (There was a lot!)

We spent 3 whole days in this fantastic city taking in the sits sounds and smells - and more importanly the yarn!
We flew out with Turkish airlines and stayed at the Hotel Saba Sultan, Istanbul (Booked through Expedia) on February 20th 2024
The main place for the yarn is located in Mahmutpasha, you need to look out for the 'yarn beacon' I show you on Day 1 of the vlog (linked above).
I reached out to @Istanbuller and want to say a massive thanks to him, as he has made a video showing you how to get from the Grand Bazaar to the Yarn here:

He also has some really good videos giving advice for travelling to and getting around Istanbul, as well as the best places for bargains and food!
We also got the ferry over to the Asian side of the city on day 3 of the vlog and went shopping at Elişi Yün Evi Erol Tekstil - which is an absolutley fantastic shop with friendly staff!

If you like that final Gazzal type of yarns, now that I see you bought lots of Nako, next time you come to Türkiye, I would suggest you to look for Nako Paris (not Paris Bebe, just Paris) . It is one of the softest yarns I have ever touched. Normally, fuzzy wool or acrylic yarn itches me and when I saw Paris for the first time I tought it would be so itchy. But turned out, quite possibly because it was %60 polyamid, it was soooooooooo fluffy and soooooooooo soft and zero itch factor :)
