??? Hi Jerry , have you located the fuel tank vent ? One small but old rider mower did this to me but once I found the vent stopped , then cleared it , all things are better for hours of cutting .
If you can’t get the carb apart maybe a new carb…I had a saw that run fine till it warmed up. Turned out that heat expansion was shorting out the plug wire.
Time for you to get another one.
Fuel-pump. Put a new Fuel-Pump in.

Have you changed the fuel lines ,sometimes they separate inside and collapsed it.
Is it for a clock…I don’t know until I put a battery in it…
???? Put a sign on it that says, if you can fix it, you can have it. Just let know what you did to fix it. I'm at a loss as to what's wrong ????
