- #IGN #Gaming #PS5 Sony has returned with it's first State of Play for 2024! In today's Daily Fix:
Ahead of any official announcement from Sony, the tech specs for the PlayStation 5 Pro have leaked online. To sum it up, the PS5 Pro is more powerful than the PS5, with a faster CPU and GPU, better ray-tracing and upscaling capabilities. Unfortunately, the internal hard drive hasn't been upgraded, and will likely sport a similar 1TB SSD similar to what is in the PS5 base model. No price has been revealed (but this probably won't be cheap). In other news, a Battlefront modder is claiming that developer Aspyr copies their work for the recent Battlefront Classic Collection. While the modder is not asking for any kind of payment, Aspyr did say they did NOT use any previously released mods, and yet evidence suggests otherwise. And finally, we have more on the latest update to The Finals.

It took the PS4 11 years to build that base, so it would take an equal amount of time to convert all of them to PS5. Some people literally are still buying PS4's in smaller countries.
& What does 3rd party still making cross gen have to do with PS? 🤔 Games cost more money to make & they want more money, so they've stretched out cross gen. It's not rocket science.

I remember Melo and the rest of the koon xbots shitting on Sony 1st party for releasing cross-gen games AT THE BEGINNING OF THE NEXT GEN! While PS5 was only at 10 million world wide! To anyone with a brain, that makes perfect sense to make those games cross-gen, bcz the migration doesn't happen in 2 years as Melo tries to claim. It takes 7-8 years to have 100-110 million sold consoles world wide. Now the next CoD is cross-gen and koon Melo tries to make it like it's Sony PlayStation's fault? What the hell is he talking about? He made a fool of himself. It's only MS Activision's fault for making THEIR games cross-gen.
Melo, you make zero sense. You tried to spin the narrative to remove the attention from MS/Activision and blame it on Sony PlayStation. The migration or the transition is totally normal. It has ALWAYS been this way. Both 1st party and 3rd part devs made games for last and current gen. Activision actually did that with CoD games being on 360 and Xbox one, PS3 and PS4. PS4 didn't have 65 million in 3.5 years. How many Xbox users are still on the Xbox One, I bet it's 60%, and the Xbox One only sold 45 mil! While the PS4 has sold around 120 mil to this year. It is perfectly normal! You said CoD moves the market, then why don't they put the newest CoD on only the current gen? You are making no sense. It is only Activision's fault for the new CoD being cross-gen.
