I am a veterinarian. This product has been great in allowing me to hear clearer/louder when my patients are sometimes constantly moving and owners are talking. Also able to hear with panting and stertorous breathing with some breeds. Really allows me to focus in and hear the heart well!
Hello, I am too a veterinary imtensivist , do you think, for restless & moving small animals like dogs and cats, it's more suitable and efficacious than the cardiology ones? To hear the heart and lung sounds more subtly, clearly and precisely, will this one be superior than those? I am also thinking for this digital one now.

I’m an Army Combat medic and I’ve used this device before a few times. It’s very helpful to have the noise cancelling as I’m often treating patients in loud environments such as moving trucks and tracked vehicles. Also being able to identify and record more difficult sounds (epigastric sounds etc) is great for teaching junior medics what to listen for. Don’t have my own yet but definitely plan on it. Also the video is very well put together thanks for sharing this content.
I am a cardiologist and this stethescope is very good. I have some additional suggesttions for the company about how to improve the stethescope as it pertains to how it works with the app as it is a bit annoying that i have to put in patient identifiers which is not allowed where I live. Sound quality is quite good. if you want to grade a murmur then just turn off sound amplification. the stethescope battery does not last as long as stated in video but i likely forget to turn it off and it probably runs down even if there is an auto off feature. i think the price point is quite good but would not pay more for it. sometimes i find it difficult to make the background noises like movement of the stethescope on the chest wall difficult to get rid of. there should be a digital removal of those sounds. in addition there should be a mode where you say you are listening to the heart and the lungs sounds get removed or visa versa. the other thing is that playback on your phone is not very good so it is not as good as i would want for teachiing.
That's really good to know from a cardiology standpoint. I work in heart failure and some patients with really low EF have such distant sounds combined with a large body habitus makes hearing some heart sounds challenging even with my Littman master cardiology stethoscope, now i think I am going to buy the attachment. Thanks for posting your opinion
Hi, I have a few questions. It is normal for my EkoCore battery to go from 99% to 74% in 3 days even if the device is turned off? The other time I fully charged the device and didn't used it in a week. Next time I wanted it to use it, it was completely discharged. Is that normal? Or do I have a defective device?.
just got mine and its charging now. I'm a 57 yo physician with mild hearing loss because I was in US Navy engineroom x 6 years in my youth and I love loud music. My ability to clearly hear heart and lung sounds has diminished through the years. I'm excited to try this out.
I am a cardiologist and I definitively use electronic stethoscopes. My workhorse for many years has been the Littman 3200. Unfortunately is not available anymore and my last 3200 began turning itself off. So I decided to give the Core a try. I've only been using it for a week. So far so good. I am so used to electronic stethoscopes so the grading of a murmur is not problem at all for me. I love to be able to listen to S4 gallops, clicks, rumbles and musical murmurs with clarity. My one disappointment is that the EKO app sucks. The graphs generated by the app are not so good. I've been used to record heart sounds for teaching purposes which I could do without any problem from my 3200. Having to take your phone out of my pocket to connect with the stethoscope is ridiculous. The bluetooth should be able to communicate with the phone in one's pocket. Hopefully it will improve.
I have a quick question if anyone knows. Are we able to take eko attachment off if we wanted to? Since its littmann cardiology iv, can we take eko off and use it just like original cardiology iv for a few months? And then put the eko back on for other rotations?
My mom bought my Littman Cardiology IV as a gift because I start nursing school in January. I had planned on buying my own stethoscope anyways, but she beat me to it. So, I just decided to buy the CORE piece to attach to my Littman because I got a sweet deal. Relatively the same price I was gonna pay regardless for my Littman. Excited to get it!
Good luck in nursing school.... remember it's after you start working when it gets tough out there; the numbers of new RN's who leave the field in the first few years is shocking. You can do it📚👩⚕️🏥
Thank you for the share , I'm an ER & ICU nurse and a paramedic at the ems service i was actually gifted one of these bad boys but had no idea of the use so i just have it around the house in its box, now without a doubt starting tomorrow shift its getting use, mind you i have 8 pittman stethoscopes
I bought the Core piece and put it in my stethoscope. It really makes a difference listening to breath sounds which as an RT is my job. Also, I see a massive use for this in isolation rooms in which you can just bring in the bottom piece in a cover, place ear pods in your ear, and really limit cross contamination from going room to room or if you are wearing a Papr. Recording breath sounds isn't really a big thing to me but there is a market for Eko to create disposable leads with an Eko attachment and then have it so Medical Professionals could listen to a patients breath sounds even if they are not in the room. That would be amazing and really I don't see it being too far off now. Either way, going to buy my wife one.
Im a new firefighter/ems provider with the Memphis Fire department. Currently i use analog when on medical calls but im often unsure about what I’m hearing and what it means. Im buying because id like to be more confident about what I’m hearing. Subsequently if i still don’t gain that confidence I’ll at least have the ability to save the sound/cardio activity for my emt instructor to provide clarification. Im all for ground breaking tech integration so im excited about mine arriving in the mail
Thanks for the review. I am a new grad RN and got a job on a cardiac unit. I can hear my patients lungs and bowel sound, but OMG! I can’t hear their heart sounds with a regular Littmann stethoscope. 😱 I know one came in for atrial flutter and the other was A-Fib. My current stethoscope work well during school simulation and at acute care/med-surg clinical. So I pray this will be my new friend.

Just received one after finishing my critical care program. We had an awesome class about the use of stethoscopes, especially on heart sounds. The phono cardiograph alone was an excellent reason to change to digital. The sound quality is great. I look forward to increasing knowledge on this device. I feel if the technology is there…. Hello !! I have seen a few videos about this scope but I trust my ER Doctors opinions more than the average person’s. So. I currently work as an EMT Intermediate in Detroit. I will be starting the Paramedic Academy in the fall and then on to Critical Care Paramedic after that. My current scope in a Littmann Cardiology IV which has been amazing. It’s taken a bit of a beating along the way so I was thinking of buying a new scope. This appears to be an amazing option, but I just wanted your opinion/clarity on a couple of things, considering the cost. First, would you as an ER Doctor recommended this particular scope for someone in my situation ?? Secondly. Is the Core Piece made of plastic or more of a metal ?? And lastly. Is there an additional cost for the software/App ?? As learning lung sounds and so on will be important for me moving forward. What are your thoughts ?? Thank you so much for your thoughts and suggestions. I appreciate your time and your service !!
Thank you for this review. I'm a retired Combat Medic with hearing loss and still do a little part time in EMS. Was considering this to link to my Bluetooth hearing aids. Your video convinced me to order one, if nothing else they offer a 75 day trial with refund if it doesn't work out for you, as long as you PASS on that free engraving. So I'll try it and if I keep it I can always pay a few more bucks to get it engraved if I want. Thanks again Doc.
One of the biggest reasons I have been interested in it is as a vet tech who sometimes is apart of dentals in a large treatment room where those subtle changes are hard to catch if say an emergency hit by car comes in
Thank you! I just bought mine. I love it!!!! worth every penny. But I have one question please; When you have it connected to the app you can toggle through detailed filters for "WIDE", "CARDIAC", "PULMONARY", And I really notice the difference, but what if I don't have the app? Does it default to "WIDE"? Does it have a button on it to switch to those 3 filters on the Stethescope?
Do they make one that's only noise canceling without the recording properties? Or do you have a rec for one that's only noise cancelling? As a nurse I don't think I need the advanced diagnostic aspects, I would just like noise canceling for manual BPs on coding/critical patients with 10+ people in the room.
@@X_LoveRo-Cheer_X You go girl. Don't let anyone tell you can't advance your knowledge in anything especially in something that can help yourself or others. You don't need a license to buy a scope or cuff....or pulse ox for that matter.
That mount is basically turn on and off button and volume control. I just got it few days ago and used it there is no guessing game. It sounds real clear and you use through eko app
Have used the littmann 3200, for years, the electronic stethoscope is a must have in noisy environments, the core is a really nice upgrade, only missing the screen that had a lot of functions without needing the phone, like seeing the heart frequency, and recording sounds
I feel like the next time I buy a stethoscope, I’ll go for it since it’s only $130 more than a cardio IV. For the time being, I don’t think I can justify the price for buying just the attachment.
I'm thinking about getting this but idk if its worth it for ME. I'm an EMT-B whose mainly doing transport right now so the main times I use my stethoscope is for getting blood pressure and listening to lung sounds. The main reason I wanted this was for the noise canceling function so I wouldn't be hearing any metal bouncing in the ambulance.
So, I'm trying to find some of your med life simulator scenario videos on this channel! I just downloaded the app, and I want to join you when you go live! I REALLY DO!!!
I just got it 2 days ago. I can hear so clearly and used Eko app also. No need a clock to count heart rate. It is very convenient! Thank God my company reimburses $329+ tax!
I’ve been using the Littmann electronic stheths since they were born and have been blown away by the quality and durability of the 3200! Now that it’s time for a new one due to the tubing splitting after 11 years of use!!! Best $500 I ever spent by the way. But now I’m looking into the eko and I’m reluctant because it seems so different than the 3200 or 3100. And is the new eko 500 better than the core? I’m so anxious about making the choice as I depend on my 3200 to be my ears every day! I have mild hearing loss and difficulties but the 3200 has made it possible for me to perform pt assessment (lungs, heart, bowels) and still be able to use it to check a BP. And I can record on the 3200. And I love the ability to adjust the volume. I’d appreciate any tips on which steth would be best for me. Thanks so much!
The stethoscope also serves to listen to lungs, abdomen and more like a normal stethoscope like the Littmann classic or is it only for heart sounds? I’m confused, sorry haha
I would like to experience how a digital stethoscope works! As a nursing student in the Philippines, it would be an advantage for me in clinicals. Hoping I could have one.
I have been using this Eko core with Lit Stethoscope chest piece since 2020. It amplifies sound clearly as everyone said. But my problem with the device is the threaded piece that keeps loosing at both ends of the device. I have to lock it back in place before each use and I'm always afraid that I may lose my chest piece one day. It's very annoying. I just ordered the new Eko Core 500. Will see how that goes.
@@jab7413 Yes, I did receive it a few weeks after that post. I have been using it since then. It is far better than Eko CORE. It comes with its own special tube. The tube snug fits into the chest piece (push in and turn clockwise to lock it in place) and never moved since the first day they were attached together. The sound quality is great. It only analyzes A.Fib, Brady, Tachy, and murmur were detected or not. It doesn't differentiate murmurs. You can select any filter you want straight from the chest piece between Cardiac, Pulmonary, or Wide (both). Pairing to a phone could be frustrating sometimes (I'm using a Samsung phone). It requires manual pairing a couple of times before it starts pairing to the phone automatically. It is lightweight and goes to sleep when not in use. Battery lasts about a week with regular use. It's only electronic and won't work if it's not turned on.

About grading a murmur you can just first hear and identify murmur with its switch on mode then switch it off this will turn into unamplified mode then you can simply grade if you want.
I have a quick question if anyone knows. Are we able to take eko attachment off if we wanted to? Since its littmann cardiology iv, can we take eko off and use it just like original cardiology iv for a few months? And then put the eko back on for other rotations?
Hey, like the video. My question is, I’m a new comer EMT , and I have a little hard of hearing. From right now, I can barely hear an heart beat from the normal stethoscope. My question is, will this stethoscope help me to hear better while I’m in the field doing an blood pressure.
I'm actually very interested. Not so much for my clinical practice per see, but for my classes. I've started teaching for med students this semester and I'm amazed at how little good quality audio samples you can find online for hear and lung sounds. So the idea of having a good a stethoscope that can record stuff... And it's backed by Littmann. I've seen other devices before (but never tried one) and I think they'd be cool, but I wouldn't trust them. The only reason I haven't bought one of these Littmann Core stets is because they are not available in Colombia and amazon isn't shipping them here yet.

One of my residents allowed me to use his eko. It is a great tool and definitely helps with amplifying sounds. I just wonder if the stand alone module will work seamlessly w my Master Cardio steth which I will not part with
You have to place different part of lung in a short time while you are listening to lungs, does it create loudy voice when you change place of stethoscope?
Manual BP on the DUO? How to do it? How to troubleshoot issues with that? EKO did not response with any valuable information and actually erroneously included this video in their response to me about the DUO
Are the ear buds on this model designed the same as other Littman buds? I only wonder because I’m due to start training as a paramedic and I wear hearing aids. This sounds like it would really help me by amplifying softer sounds that I may struggle to hear otherwise. I may not get a complete seal due to the thin tube extending from my hearing aid but I’d like to think that I’d still benefit from the amplified sound. As an emergency responder it won’t be ideal or sanitary to keep taking my hearing aids out 😂
I think it's pretty incredible, but I am a humble M2, for what that's worth. And you have to keep in mind that you just flip the button over and you've got yourself a regular cardiology IV, right? My college roommate sent me the CORE when I started M1, I think he got it for free in a promotion. I have to say, the clarity and amplification of the sound is almost TOO good, you end up feeling like you're missing out on the challenge when you're learning stuff. But then in the preceptor's clinic when I feel like I want to just get the best objective readings, sure enough, I always flip the switch back on. I showed it to a professor of cardiology, he poo pooed a little bit, or rather said that he preferred the nuance of the unamplified, un-cleaned up sound. Again, you can just flip it off if you want. I suppose if you're a cardiologist or just want really consistent results in clinic, you should always use the same one. I see other comments talking about how useful it is in a trauma bay, though, that is hard to argue with.
I am a Nurse that only works 2 days a month…if it makes my job easier (to hear) and benefits the patient, PLUS, I can write it off on my taxes (job related) WHY NOT? WIN, WIN, WIN!
I’m debating between the Littmann CORE Eko and the Littmann Master Cardiology stethoscope. Have you compared the two for sound clarity and which one is louder?
uncomparable... the master cardiology is a great stethoscope... maybe the best on the market. But the eko is a whole new category of stethoscope.. Its like you get a classic 3 and the cardiology 4 is a bit better and after that you get a master and that is even a bit better. The eko is different from all of them you need to hear it to make a decision.
When you turn on the digital amplification it should be way louder. Sound clarity is also better, but the sound is different - more wide in highs and lows. In analogue mode I can say that my MDF ProCardial C3 is noticeably louder. It is also better than my old digital Littmann 3200 in one very important matter - the membrane in CORE is built the same as in the normal stethoscope and that is why in CORE there are no (nearly any) artifacts that comes from amplificaltion of moving of the membrane on the chest wall. In 3200 that was a serious flaw for me when auscultating lungs.
I am a nursing student and I was wondering if this would be good for me to use during my studies and being able to learn from not only the practical side of stuff but also if able to relisten to sounds, would this be a good idea? or should I get a lower cost Littmann?
I bought one, and I remember CNAs, LVNs, LPNs, MAs in my class. One CNA had 16 yrs of experience and a LVN had 27 years of experience. They told me it was unnecessary. A waste of money. It has helped me a lot thru our rotations. I plan on continuing my education as a CRNA and I do see a need for it. It's helpful in loud areas. If you plan on doing SNFs work after, I have been told nurses their don't need it cause they almost never brother to use them. Med-surg, usually not too crazy. Might not need it most of the time. ED, yeah you do need it. ICU, get it. Just because someone has worked in healthcare for 16- 30 years as a LVN or CNA in a hospital, doesn't mean they know jack about what hospital nurses needs. I am hard of hearing as well. It's night and day of a difference. Just don't lose it.
I’m a Naturopathic medical student that bought her first stethoscope before starting school. While I’m in school I discovered that I have mild hearing loss. Currently, I’m in second year of school and actually got a class about physical examination. Although I approved the class, it was a little difficult to identify murmurs, bruits, and pulmonary conditions. That’s why I decided to buy the attachment to integrate it to my Littmann Cardiology IV. Before that, I thought I didn’t need that, but I realized that I actually do.
Not a cardiologist but an internist with a subspecialization on cardiovascular medicine: it talee time but you can grande murmurs with the amplified mode considerino that you only need it for 1/6 and 2/6 murmurs, it’s just take times and comparing analog and digital sounds
I was using Littaman 3200 electronic and this now not working due to some circuits problems now it useless as I had send this stethoscope for repair in Banglore company they refused for repairs and told me that now circuit available now..after spending 575 $for Littaman 3200 I’m not getting any support or repairing “Let me know if any other also facing same problems
this is the medical equivalent of the "student driver, please be patient" bumper sticker. students of various kinds can benefit from amplification outside the ears, but the device adds no benefit between the ears
Doc.. u talk a lot but it is not informative about the stethoscope at all.. u just explain whats on the stetho.. everyone can see it or read it.. u said 40x and u said u don't know.. 😂.. where are the special features compared to the analog stethoscope.. the recording..? sharing .? where r they..? worst product review.. the stetho is made to use with ur phone so u can get more features than an analog.. and u said u don't use wifi.. listen.. u don't need this.. just use an analog stetho.. u didn't say anything about the special features different from analog.. mr. who wants to speak a lot..

Do they make one that's only noise canceling without the recording properties? Or do you have a rec for one that's only noise cancelling? As a nurse I don't think I need the advanced diagnostic aspects, I would just like noise canceling for manual BPs on coding/critical patients with 10+ people in the room.
Have you found one?
This device looks amazing! If i worked in health care i would buy it❤️
Why are you on this channel then? 😂 (I’m not either btw)
@@jh2519 Because i love things that have to do with health. And i love to learn something new everyday
@@X_LoveRo-Cheer_X You go girl. Don't let anyone tell you can't advance your knowledge in anything especially in something that can help yourself or others. You don't need a license to buy a scope or cuff....or pulse ox for that matter.
Compared with the DUO, any complaints?
Hey, great review! What is that mount you have on your stethoscope? Can you tell us more about it? Thanks
I just bought and love my 3M Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope. What carrying devices or holders would you recommend for this stethoscope?
There’s a few out there I like the steth n go
I feel like the next time I buy a stethoscope, I’ll go for it since it’s only $130 more than a cardio IV. For the time being, I don’t think I can justify the price for buying just the attachment.
Buying the whole pack is the move in my opinion.
As a paramedic I look forward to the noise cancellation on EMS calls I just got mine in today and I am stoked!!
I am getting since I am a nurse in the er. But I checked with a local source that sells them and I have to wait 6 weeks I pray it is worth it
I would like to experience how a digital stethoscope works! As a nursing student in the Philippines, it would be an advantage for me in clinicals. Hoping I could have one.
I am a EMT that is hard of hearing a I absolutely love it!
thank you for this video dr Adam it was really interesting😃
I have been using this Eko core with Lit Stethoscope chest piece since 2020. It amplifies sound clearly as everyone said. But my problem with the device is the threaded piece that keeps loosing at both ends of the device. I have to lock it back in place before each use and I'm always afraid that I may lose my chest piece one day. It's very annoying. I just ordered the new Eko Core 500. Will see how that goes.
Have you received it and tried it? If so please share your opinions!
@@Godan_Void Mine doesn't do that. I can go 2 weeks or more without charging it, and then I charge it when it is necessary
Do you use the app to switch between wide, cardio, and pulmonary filters?
As a nursing student i'd love to spend a clinical day with one, realistically though it wouldn't be useful to me.
As a paramedic in an ambulance this is an invaluable resource
About grading a murmur you can just first hear and identify murmur with its switch on mode then switch it off this will turn into unamplified mode then you can simply grade if you want.
I’ve been using it for a month- great for heart sounds, but somehow unable to hear the lung sounds well.. is there some setting that I don’t know of?
I think it’s very helpful for teaching student. It’s durable and reliable for me
Eko is cool also other stethoscopes too❤❤❤❤
I've got the EKO Core, but it doesn't work through hearing aids very well. Not sure if it's my hearing aid settings, but the extra volume is helpful.
Can we use these on med school OSCEs? I have some hearing damage.

Why don’t you reach out to the company..? I’m sure the warranty is still good on it
I’m in nursing school, and I have a hard time hear breath sounds with my current stethoscope. I think this would help a lot!
Do you recommend an incoming medical student use it to learn the practice?
Is it possible to share sound with the app remotely? on a video call for example, thanks
One of my residents allowed me to use his eko. It is a great tool and definitely helps with amplifying sounds.
I just wonder if the stand alone module will work seamlessly w my Master Cardio steth which I will not part with
Yep. Looking to add to my cardiology iii.
I’m an EMT and looking for better sound in a noisy ambulance
You have to place different part of lung in a short time while you are listening to lungs, does it create loudy voice when you change place of stethoscope?
What kind of mount do you have on your stethoscope?
I absolutely want to upgrade to a digital stethoscope. I am planning on purchasing one soon.
Holiday season, the deal is going to be fire 🤫
@@TheMedLife Thanks. I'll keep a lookout.
It’s only $50 off 😩
Would you recommend this or the eco core 500?
Manual BP on the DUO? How to do it? How to troubleshoot issues with that? EKO did not response with any valuable information and actually erroneously included this video in their response to me about the DUO
Can you upload the recording onto your PC?
What kind of mount is that? Is it for a hip holster?
Are the ear buds on this model designed the same as other Littman buds? I only wonder because I’m due to start training as a paramedic and I wear hearing aids. This sounds like it would really help me by amplifying softer sounds that I may struggle to hear otherwise. I may not get a complete seal due to the thin tube extending from my hearing aid but I’d like to think that I’d still benefit from the amplified sound. As an emergency responder it won’t be ideal or sanitary to keep taking my hearing aids out 😂
There is option for hearing from wireless device so i tried and worked
i wonder if this Stethoscope would be good for Paramedic
WIN, WIN, WIN!
please, can you answer me, do ai recognize s3 and s4 along with murmors?
I am a med tech and am thinking of getting this one . I have the cardiology IV currently
The eko is different from all of them you need to hear it to make a decision.
only in my non-cardiologist opinion
EKo Core is WAY louder
When you turn on the digital amplification it should be way louder. Sound clarity is also better, but the sound is different - more wide in highs and lows. In analogue mode I can say that my MDF ProCardial C3 is noticeably louder. It is also better than my old digital Littmann 3200 in one very important matter - the membrane in CORE is built the same as in the normal stethoscope and that is why in CORE there are no (nearly any) artifacts that comes from amplificaltion of moving of the membrane on the chest wall. In 3200 that was a serious flaw for me when auscultating lungs.
What mount do you use for your stethoscope?
Just don't lose it.
if you are youngish with excellent youthful hearing, this is not necessary but if you like tech and such, you'll probably enjoy it.
I like it for the heart, but I struggle with pulmonary auscultation. there is to much static, noise...
Whats the mount??
I’m a Naturopathic medical student that bought her first stethoscope before starting school. While I’m in school I discovered that I have mild hearing loss. Currently, I’m in second year of school and actually got a class about physical examination. Although I approved the class, it was a little difficult to identify murmurs, bruits, and pulmonary conditions. That’s why I decided to buy the attachment to integrate it to my Littmann Cardiology IV. Before that, I thought I didn’t need that, but I realized that I actually do.
Sounds like the perfect way to spend some CME money!
Tbh even for a cardiologist yes u can grade murmurs but eventually u would do echo so identifying first is better i would say
Not a cardiologist but an internist with a subspecialization on cardiovascular medicine: it talee time but you can grande murmurs with the amplified mode considerino that you only need it for 1/6 and 2/6 murmurs, it’s just take times and comparing analog and digital sounds
Very interesting, thanks for sharing the insight!
I need something that goes with my hearing aids.
Def interested in AI and new tech in healthcare. Purchasing the EKO this year
How can I do one like her, I am a medical engineer
I was using Littaman 3200 electronic and this now not working due to some circuits problems now it useless as I had send this stethoscope for repair in Banglore company they refused for repairs and told me that now circuit available now..after spending 575 $for Littaman 3200 I’m not getting any support or repairing
“Let me know if any other also facing same problems
The problem for me is how bulky the digital core is. If they found a way to make it more subtle, I'd use it, but as it stands it's too bulky.
Any veterinarians here using it? Im in vetmed and thinking about purchasing it but still unsure....
Little update: i purchased it and i absolutely love it! The sound is amazing.
I still really want one of these even though I don't work in or study medicine 😅
😂 I mean…. You could
0:55 not the Dr. wearing the stethoscope backwards
Has anyone used it with hearing aids?
Yes!
for the ED, a $5 disposable stethoscope would be just fine.
What if this stethoscope technology not working? Who will going to rectify the problem?
It hasn’t happened yet but I believe EKo takes care of the Core
I would still buy it even though I don’t work in healthcare 😂
Of course it is worth it especially if you can take it off on taxes.
Digital stet please
this is the medical equivalent of the "student driver, please be patient" bumper sticker. students of various kinds can benefit from amplification outside the ears, but the device adds no benefit between the ears
I just one.😅😊
black or rainbow ? 🤔
Uhhhh, you should learn to grade murmurs lol
Can i get it for free😂
Doc.. u talk a lot but it is not informative about the stethoscope at all.. u just explain whats on the stetho.. everyone can see it or read it.. u said 40x and u said u don't know.. 😂.. where are the special features compared to the analog stethoscope.. the recording..? sharing .? where r they..? worst product review.. the stetho is made to use with ur phone so u can get more features than an analog.. and u said u don't use wifi.. listen.. u don't need this.. just use an analog stetho.. u didn't say anything about the special features different from analog.. mr. who wants to speak a lot..
