- Professional stunt-rider Hanna Rosa finds out if the Verge TS has enough power to pull a giant log. With its hub-less rear-wheel the futuristic electric motorcycle from Finland, looks like its come straight from the set of Tron. It pumps out 1000 newton-meters of torque. Verge Motorcycles say they'll be opening UK customer experience centres, where their ev bike will be available for test-rides in 2023.

So, $48737.67 Canadian for a motorcycle that just has a funny rear wheel motor. My GSX 1340 R was only $16,000 Canadian and I get 200+ hp, 321 kmph and 300 km range on 18 litres of fuel.
There is always some basic rich guy out there that wants to look cool. Lol.
Always one to get it totally wrong,Verge is not made to be cheap,or the fastest.Yet it is far more interesting than old bikes at the moment.
It certainly is a fab looking thing. Rod would buy one if he wasn't so poor and tight-fisted.
Not every vehicle out there has to be sensible. Rod and Hanna love the design - they are not rich but are both very basic.

I think there should be an option for some kind of hubcap or fairing to cover the hole in the wheel because the rest of the bike looks really nice
We don’t think Verge will want to cover up their hole! Perhaps you could make and sell Verge hubcaps. We’d like to know how that works out for you🤣

Well, obviously they’re not actual Tron bikes - that would be science fiction- but we think the Tron moniker helps to give a visual clue as to what the Verge is all about.

This product is a scam, they attract buyer with insane impossible numbers, they claim 1200N-m (885ft-lbs) of torque from a small 150kW motor, that's almost as much as the COMBINED output of the three much larger/heavier motors inside a Tesla Plaid, they bumped the numbers 3-4X.

I'm not saying this isn't cool (because it is) but any motorcycle would have pulled the log duh lol...
You may be right, but we thought it worked well for the visual narrative. We could have just ridden it along any old boring road, but then you wouldn't have got in touch. And we like it when people get in touch! Cheers.
