What types of jobs are available in Whitefish that people can afford houses in this price range. I once thought about transferring to Whitefish with the railroad but I think I would have been over my head financially.
Great question Matt. Honestly, the cost of living has far outpaced the income here since 2020. Many people moving here are able to work remotely or are purchasing second homes. Hopefully, we can balance those numbers here soon.

@@Nene17X36 oh, for private schools I'm not sure where to find ratings. That's a great question. We have Kalispell Montessori, St. Matthews, Trinity Lutheran, Whitefish Christian, Stillwater Christian, and Heritage for a homeschooling coop type. I'm sure there are probably more, but those are the ones I know of off the top of my head. :)
Looking to relocate to the Flathead valley area; however, looking for equestrian property with a minimum of 10 acres, 20 acres preferably. Newer home build preferred, $900,000 or less. Thank you.
