Thank you for the excellent detailed review(as usual). You are my new "go to" person for food reviews. I've found that my tastes are very similar to yours. The siracha chicken with the waffle, and the eggs benedict looked amazing. And, I appreciate the fact that when you like something it it is obvious that you really like it. You don't hold back...If you like food you give detailed reasons why, and vice versa. I love the Grand Floridian, and when I go to Disney World I generally eat breakfast there. I love the ambiance and theming, but it sucks that the wall was up. I guess there's no stopping progress though. Anyway, your videos have given me SO MANY dining ideas for my next trip to Florida! Keep up the good work! Thanks again.

When we were there in 2019 I got the lobster Benedict. It was so good. I never had eggs Benedict before so I gave it a try. Maybe they will bring it back soon.

I make it all the time at home when I make lemon ricotta blueberry pancakes. Very easy to make and stores up to three months in the freezer

The best brunch we’ve had was at House of Blues at Disney Springs. Chicken and donuts with bacon and also breakfast shots. Haven’t found one better yet.

Love your videos, but question for you. I notice that you eat hollandaise sauce but hate Mayo or Mayo based sauces. I’m curious to know if you know they very similar sauces. One is serve chilled made with lemon juice, oil and egg yolk, while the other is served warm made from vinegar(or lemon juice), butter, and egg yolk. Is there a reason for liking hollandaise over Mayo?
