      Yes I was doing chole ting workout..it's just made me strong but not shaping my body .. started Lilly workout finally I see my hourglass figure 😍😍😍.

      @@akarshana8131 it take a while, dont be discouraged that you dont see anything right way this will take a while and you need to be eating the right foods and combinding this with other workouts too. Genetics also play into it so please dont believe that toy can really get results with in a few weeks because for most people it isn't realistic

    Lilly is the most motivating person ever in this world. I tried different workout videos but i have to say that these workouts work the best because she motivates me to keep going and suffers as much as you most of the time and i love that.     Gonna try this every other day for 30 days! I want to slim my thighs a little more so on the off days I’m going to do one of Lilly’s inner thigh workouts.

    I have done all your glute workouts hundreds of times and this is one of the best ones!!! I usually like ones I can add weights to but I only hd a band today and it was really effective!

    growing up i had a small butt and i’d get teased for it a lot especially in like middle school - so i’ve done this three times with a resistance band and it really does make a difference! people have made comments and i overall just feel more comfortable and confident with my body

    Just have to say that I adore your workouts! 😊 The LEAN app is where I ordinarily get your workouts because they’re longer and harder. You always give sufficient challenge with new move combos and encouragement to add weights etc. Amy is great also. I cannot recommend it enough, thank you so much! 🤗 I’ve been doing your workouts for a couple of years and my enthusiasm for health are fitness is through the roof. I workout every day (with a rest day once a week) and all three of my little ones know how to hold a plank, do fast feet and burpee 😀, only when I’m in the zone with heavier weights must they not come near. Ps resisted crab walks are fun and jump lunges near the end of an intensive leg workout are just pure evil.

    Found Lily not long ago but I've been doing her 5 minute belly fat burn now added this to it! I'm so excited to start my journey and ngl I get super unmotivated at times but I'm doing my best to keep going! 😅❤️

    okay I'm going to do this workout for 2 weeks twice a day. ill keep updating it for results!
    Btw: I’m 5’8 and 105 lbs!
    day1:
    first time: was surprisingly challenging near the end considering it's a bodyweight workout!
    second time: I really felt it near the end this time!!! I'm mixing this workout with her Killer booty lift 10-minute video, to see results faster.
    day 2:
    first time: it hurt pretty bad this time! probably from yesterday.
    second time: my muscles were more warmed up this time, wasn't as bad as the first time today.
    Day 3:
    Both times felt the same, I felt it on my opposite side a lot
    Day 4:
    I worked in the day time so did it before bed. Was really tired so only did it once, felt it good.
    Day 5:
    felt it pretty good the second time since I only did it once yesterday!

      You can't work that every day darling, maybe twice or three times a week. Your muscles will only get used to the routine, you will see changes at first but you will not have the same impact

    So I started this yesterday and I’m gonna use the comments as a diary (ps: my English isn’t so good since I’m from Brazil and still learning, but I think u will understand😅)
    Day 1: ✅ it was a lot easier than I though (but I’ve done this workout before so, yeah)
    Day 2: ✅ oh my, this time it was such a hard thing to do, I felt THE burn and I passed all day feeling the pain of yesterday on my muscles but that’s ok LETS GO LADYS💪🏻
    Day 3: ✅ today it was easier than yesterday but it still hurts a little
    Day 4: ✅ ok, I forgot to write hear yesterday because I have a really short time to do the workout (and since I combine this with lily’s waist workout, yeah, really short time) so it was fine, but still a lot of pain
    Day 5: ✅ (yayyy, almost a week) I had a hard time today, my but is ACTUALLY burning ((that fire hydrant one kills me AAAAA)) but I’ll keep doing it ROUD BOOTY HERE I COME
    (Just to warn, tomorrow will probably be a day of rest because I won’t have time to do it, but I’ll let u know)

    (Yep, both Saturday and Sunday were rest days ‘cause I went out with my friends)

    I was on the other workout and nothing burned next day but then i tried your workout and next day it was burning so bad. I think i can feel how much it works

    Vi assicuro che questo esercizio funziona davvero! Ci vuole pazienza per ottenere i risultati, ma non per troppo tempo. Ero sempre insicura del mio corpo, ero letteralmente una scatola. Ma con questi esercizi, più l'allenamento hourglass(di Lily sabri) e altri allenamenti concentrai sulle cosce il mio fisico é cambiato tantissimo e mi fanno pure i complimenti a scuola. Siate determinati e i risultati arriveranno.

    I love your workouts so much, can I please make a suggestion, can you please work on your audio, there times I can't hear you, I also follow other trainers like Bailey brown , go over and check what i am talking about in terms of the background music

    Gosh! I use this resistant band only 2nd time and mine one is very though, for adcanced ones probably. Still can't do all workouts with it fully volume. And I had to lift band higher, under booty, otherwise it's hard to stretch it 💪🏻
