The Russians are not the same as the Soviets, they are different evil empires
Agreed. From what I could find when researching the color, 4BO was a standard color for the Soviets from 1941-1945 and was phased out in 1956. Confusingly, the paint product is called "Russian 4BO Modulation Set", so I wanted to use the product name so people could find it.
