....it was not mentioned but the Italian movies by Sergio Leone was first offered to Eric Fleming...the lead star on Rawhide but turned it down. It was then offered to Eastwood and history was made with the Dollars Trilogy! Eric Fleming later drowned filming a movie in Peru. Makes you wonder what if he had said yes. Would Clint Eastwood be the star we know today?
