And because the mother has had prior Cesareans and will require yet a third for this pregnancy, and because she keeps making ER visits (don't know why), it somehow jeopardizes her ability to have more kids. I mean to read more about this case. Being RC, it is troubling to me. I don't know what the answer is.

The unborn baby isn't dead. The doctors said it might not survive and the mother could have complications. Truly we do not know what the issues are in the matter. When the baby is dead in the womb it is not an abortion. And the removal of a dead baby to prevent the death of the mother is not against the law in Texas nor is that called an abortion.
My sister was told by Doctors to abort her last child and was given a lot of reasons. She told the doctors no and everything was fine but the doctors where mad. The only problem my sister had was is that will be her last child and she can't have anymore and she's fine with that. Her daughter is healthy ball of sunshine.

It takes time to build a case, and you can have all the evidence right there in front of you, but the case still must proceed through the legal system. When the prosecutors had their cases made, they proceeded to charge Trump. That's where we are now...at least in some cases, there are many, and no doubt more to come.
Personally, I think Trump would have been fine walking away from a second try at the White House, but he's pursuing it because he thinks it will protect him from prosecution. He knows his goose is cooked, but he's going to keep on tap dancing until the bitter end, using every delay tactic he (well, not him, his legal team) can think of. A second term as president is just one of the options.

If The abortion ban included men who get someone pregnant having to pay total 9 months prenatal care and child support until age 18, there would be no ban. Clear, concise and easy to understand. In my observation's they seem to offer unbiased reporting of events. "this happened, next, then this happened, next"
Better things to watch than the news daily. How about a sunset or sunrise? Volunteers helping in your community or get involved yourself. Too much news consumption can cause ill effects. Focus on the good instead maybe?

My dad was born in Texas, but was moved out with his family for work when he was only 2. He always called himself one of the "smart" Texans because he left when he was young.
Ever since roe was overturned, I try to imagine what could possibly be going through lawmakers’ heads, through prosecutors and justices’ heads when they use their power to do things like this. It’s easy to say “the cruelty is the point” but it’s just too easy a cop-out to me. These people just enjoy being cruel? Is that what it is? I imagine they have to believe they are doing “good”, but how could this ever be “good”? How could doing this ever be the right thing? Especially for a Christian.
I try to empathize with everyone, especially people I disagree with, because that’s the only way we will find common ground- but I cannot fathom how they sleep at night.

As much as i am glad the guy and his family survived the tornado by outrunning it with their car, don't do that. A vehicle is one of the worst places to be in a tornado. A tornado can usually out run a car in an urban environment.

The doctors did not provide sufficient evidence. Probably because there wasnt any. I suspect this couple just cant face caring for a child with serious health issues. That does not justify killing the baby. Someone else can care for it.
My nephew and his wife adopted a severally handicapped baby girl because the parents didnt want it. The baby has a tube feed and needs round the clock care. They also have two other children. They all love this little girl even though she will never walk or talk. Her life expectancy is no more than a few years. Great will be their reward in heaven !

Im a nurse who was born and raised in TX. I think these lawmakers who dont allow abortion should do some clinical rotations in a labor and delivery unit where stillbirths happen and other complications…maybe then they would understand.
